Tender Car completely demolished my car and I took my brand new Dodge Charger here and they revealed to me and my insurance the damage tender car did. They could’ve bypassed it and did only the job they were paid for, but they went above and beyond to mediate the issue as best as possible.

Had the misfortune of having my car hit while it was parked, came her through the other person’s insurance recommendation. Think it took maybe 3 days to fix a pretty good dent in my back right door, they did an excellent job repainting and blending the new door. My car’s a weird tan/gold color and really impressed with how well of a job they did matching paint colors. Also geico insurance sets you up with a rental right at the location. Car was also previously broken into and had broken glass pieces here and there in cracks, they even vacuumed that all up. Very thankful

I brought my vehicle to the Caliber in Glendale in March 2022...I received a message that parts were on back order because I owned a Kia...but I was told my unit would be ready in mid April...by April I was told it wouldn't be ready until end of May. Then in May they said "Oops" it will be ready in June....then June was changed to July and July turned into Aug. Then when I picked up my vehicle in Aug it did not start. They acted as if they would gladly look into the matter so I could get back a working car that I only had since 2019. After 2 days I was told they could not figure out the problem and I needed to come get my car. So after all that...I paid over $4000 in the ental fees, received back a non working car that worked when I brought it to Caliber...and needed to purchase a brand new car! So much for restoring the rhythm of my life. Before you take your car to Caliber...check with the Maker dealership service shop first...this was a Horrible experience

Someone attempted to break in my Nissan Murano earliest this month and my insurance had me go to caliber for the fix. And boy am I glad that decision was made! Nate, TY and Shenequa were all very professional and thorough and communicated me the whole time about how the process works. I am very satisfied with the results, it’s just like new again! Took my car December 13th 2021 at 4pm for drop off to be repaired on the Front Left Side. I asked for a QUOTE Of the back bumper of my vehicle. Dwight stated he would email me the pricing for the back and would send the front repairs to my insurance company. Received a call January 11th 2022 from Dwight saying my vehicle was ready but my spare key that I gave him December 13 was stolen from the company and wanted to know if I had another key. (Shouldn’t have given them my original key but I did) So I took caliber my original key (at this point they have both keys to my vehicle) (at this point I didn’t see my vehicle) January 25th 2022 I received a call saying my vehicle was ready to only find out they only repaired what I ask a QUOTE of which wasn’t what was covered by my insurance. So they had to put my car back into the shop. February 6th 2022 my rental vehicle was stolen with my cellphone and other things inside. February 7th I went into caliber updated my phone number so that they can reach me whenever my vehicle was ready. February 8th 2022 Dwight calls (my stolen number) leaves voicemail saying my vehicle is almost ready they are waiting on the headlight to make sure it’s the correct one. February 11th 2022 Dwight leaves a voicemail saying they got the headlight it’s on and now they have to attach the bumper and make sure new keys work also clean it out. February 23rd 2022 2:08pm Matt the religion sales manager of caliber calls leaves voicemail saying my car had been ready for about 2 weeks and that I need to come get it. While calling him back and speaking with him he was very rude wasn’t trying to listen to the customer(me) about all the issues I’ve had with the company not only did I still have to pay for something I NEVER asked to be repaired. March 15th I received another call saying my keys that was suppose to have been stolen was FOUND in a nearby parking lot 2 MONTHS LATER. March 15th I went to get the key they said they had found. Come to find out it was my ORIGINAL KEY that I had gave them back on January 11th 2022. So basically my keys where NEVER STOLEN ! It’s now March 16th 2022 I went to get my vehicle to still leave with NO vehicle because it wasn’t repaired correctly and you can hear a worker asking “did they even repair this vehicle” because it’s not fully attached at the top or bottom correctly the first 2 photos are what they called themselves repairing the last one is what it should’ve looked like after they repaired it. Throughout this entire process I’ve delt with multiple people from the receptionist to the regional sales manager Matt to store manager Nathan to Dwight and I can say only Yancy was nice and understanding This company is horrible! Very unprofessional and organized

I had my car brought here after it was vandalized and attempted theft of it since it was a one stop shop for GEICO. I didn't take advantage of getting my rental at the shop since I was 90 miles away from home and it was 3am. That being said the next day I was able to get my car towed to the shop which was a Sunday and Monday morning they had already started the process. The staff and crew are amazing. I was kept up to date with almost daily updates. If it had been 2 days or so I was able to easily ask for an update via text and would get an update shortly after. The staff was also super friendly. Most importantly my car looks absolutely fantastic and you can't even tell it was vandalized. This is an update to my review I sent in earlier. I'm re-doing the whole review. My car was stolen and recovered the first week of June. Due to horrible miscommunications between my insurance and Caliber Collision, it was not towed from the tow yard to the shop until July. I was promised that they would fix my car, replace lost parts, and a full detail. When I picked it up on July 21st, the trunk tray was not replaced, it was filthy, it still stank, there was still a lot of spray paint splashes (from the thieves) all over the tires and car. The first 2 pictures are from July 21st. I only took a picture of the driver's seat to show that it was clearly NOT detailed because the second picture is of my husband scrubbing the seat with a basic brush and cleaning spray. After letting my insurance know, Caliber offered to pay for a rental car and have my car properly fixed. Nate is the one who said he would assure it was properly done this time around. I dropped my car back off on July 22nd at 8:30am. I did not get a rental car until 12pm and sat there for 3.5 hours. I live an hour away and this was a huge pain for me. Today is August 5th and I just picked up my car from Caliber Collision. My car is properly detailed. However, the paint job, which Nate promised would be corrected, is still not done properly. It doesn't even look like they touched it. I posted a video to show what I mean. Perhaps they could get away with a "paint job" like this with other customers, but it is glaringly obvious to me and my husband. I am at my wit's end. I do not want to bring it back for a third time and am infuriated that my insurance paid out $6000 for subpar work, $1000 of which I paid. My husband has always loved cars and is a mechanic himself, Caliber Collision has done a very poor job. If my car was stolen closer to home, we would have simply towed it to his shop. I used Caliber Collision when my insurance recommended them after my car was attempted to be stolen. From scheduling my appointment to the time I picked up my car, everyone was extremely helpful and the whole process went incredibly smooth. Aaron communicated with me through the entire process, and I was pleasantly surprised when they finished my car almost 2 full weeks sooner than expected.
