The Parkers Maple Products are delicious! I've brought kids there to see the reverse osmosis process, and it amazes them with the work they do to make the Maple Syrup! Don't let the kids drink to much of the Syrup they will get hooked on the pure male syrup that parkers make every spring. They also made a bigger sap house so there's more room it is so much bigger then it was 10 years ago. They make the best maple products in northern ny! Thanks for such a great experience!

They have hands down the best quality maple syrup in Upstate NY along with a lot of other really great maple products at lower prices than you find in a grocery store. The lady who works there is absolutely amazing! She was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond helping me pick out the best presents to send home on the west coast. She also clarified the new labelling for the variety of maple syrup grades (ex. Grade B is now Grade A Dark & Robust). I highly recommend Parker Family Maple Farm to anyone who loves high quality maple products and enjoys supporting local businesses.

If you haven't been to Parker's Family Maple Farm in a while this year is the year to go. From an amazing new state of the art sugarhouse, and steam boiler, to a brand new candy processing center. This place is just amazing. It should be on the must do list this spring.

Excellent breakfast, good deal for the money. They also have tours of the maple sugar house. You can learn a lot from these guys about maple syrup and how different products are made. During the maple season they ussualy have some yummy treats to offer. There is a nice little gift shop too. You can purchase all kinds of maple products. Extremely friendly and always willing to show off the skills they have.

I'm not sure if my one review posted. But wanted to say great place! Workers were friendly, food, snacks was tasty. We enjoyed our time at the festival this morning. The face painting was cute too! Also, the kids enjoyed the wagon ride.

Went for their all you can eat Easter break and misleadingfast buffet today. Food was good, but flyer they has out was false. It was NOT all you can eat. You could only have seconds on the pancakes. For $12.00 per person you should have been able to choose anything. The flyer was not correct and misleading.

Fantastic. Lots of food and drink. Eat until your heart's content. You get to eat with other and have different dilects of conversations. Out right great. Sucks it just for the month of March olny. I can realate though. Any time longer would take away from the maple syrup process. Once again fantastic. The earlier the better.
