Sadly, this post office, located in a beautiful, historic building, situated at a convenient location goes out of its way to be UNHELPFUL. An elderly gentleman in front of me in line (who had obvious difficulty walking,) asked for a zip code. The Postal Worker actually said: "I can't help you--I don't know that zip code, and we don't have a list of zip codes, you have to go to Miller Valley for that". I could not believe it! If a POST OFFICE doesn't have a list of zip codes, who does??? I got the guy the zip code on my phone but he still was told to go to Miller Valley. They were equally unhelpful and apathetic when they waited on me. I said, "I'm worried about that guy--how's he going to get to Miller Valley?" the worker just shrugged and looked I at me like: not my problem lady. It was an extremely disappointing interaction. My friend who frequents that P.O said it's always like that. It's disappointing to see -- they need some new blood. And some humanity.

This is the WORSE SERVICE I have ever had! I have been waiting for legal papers to be delivered for two weeks! When I got an email stating it was sent back to the sender! They left a card in the mail box: stating no one was home. Well, we went to the post office right a way. The postal worker had us sign the card that was left in our mail box, and we were told it would be delivered the next morning (Saturday). Well, guess what, NO PAPERS!!! Of course the post office is now closed until Monday. We had to pay an extra $20.00 to have the dated paperwork reprinted and sent out again. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!! Lisa McKernan

First time in, not sure, but staff didn't seem friendly, and seemed to prefer customers that are sending packages. I will try again, but this time wasn't great! Not an easy to find location either and street parking on a busy street, having out is tough plus climbing up all those narrow steps can be challenging for some. So maybe find a different post office location. Convenient if you're downtown Prescott.

I asked the person behind the counter for two rolls of Post Card Postage which are .34 cents per stamp. They gave me two rolls of Forever Stamps and charged me $110.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. They make shipping things much easier and worry free. Very well kept building inside and out. There is also some pretty cool architecture inside. Not what you would expect from the usual post office, but very nice. I ship from here daily and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Thanks to all the guys that work there!

This is the most amazing post office. It is beautiful historic and had great postal workers. Please don’t close. Figure out a way to keep it open.

I Love this historic post office but it doesn’t have to have an historic flag. Please get it a NEW American flag 🇺🇸. So many people come to this historic town for the worlds oldest rodeo in just a few weeks!

My mail is constantly delayed i will receive emails saying my products should be here and they never are. I can never get my identification on the first try im sick of it.if a mailman isn’t delivering mail then what do they get paid for

Great staff, the only post office in the area to go to. The other post offices are marginal at best.
