My car was damaged while parked and I took my vehicle to Pak auto service. Bobby was attentive, very reasonable and professional. Although my car was scraped pretty badly, Bobby made it look brand new and there was no appearance that it had been damaged. It was a pleasure to go to an auto repair shop and not be taken advantage of because I was a woman. I came in to get some scratches out of my car. AFI gave me very good pricing & had the work done the very next DAY! He was very professional with his work and the detailing was perfect! He even offered to pick me up from my location to come get my car, because i didn't have a ride. I would 10/10 recommend this place to everyone & will definitely be going here for future work from now on!

I recently experienced some damage to my vehicle and took it to MM Automotive. Prior to this I didn't know anyone there personally. I had a side view camer mirror replaced and body work done. Unequivocally, this was the best service and body work that I've ever had done. This body shop addresses the four variables that everyone is seeking when considering car repair: Patience, Professionalism, Excellence and Selflessly priced service. From the inception of the repair, I NEVER felt that it was about the money, but rather how can they please me as a customer. That is priceless, especially in these difficult times. They found the part needed at half the price the car dealership quoted and my car literally looks like I just took it off the showroom floor. As a woman, it's arduous to deal with car issues; there is always the reservation that repair shop workers are disingenuous and over charging. You will Not experience that here at all. I dealt with Afi for the entire process and can say that he made me feel at ease and I never questioned his intentions. He even waited for me to retrieve my car when I was running late. I mean, REALLY,?!? Where else are you going to get this type of service?!!! Thank you Afi!!!

I recently had my car front end totally redone after a accident. They replaced my entire front end( hood, lights, radiator, bumper, side panel, replaced spark plugs and coils, and corrected wiring issues with my lights. The service was honest, friendly and they didn’t over charge me in the least. Updates on status and recommendations were precise and punctual. I would definitely recommend for good quality auto work. Thanks again guys.

Saw a posting on the Facebook Buy & Sell market this past Saturday for a 2010 Black Ford Focus with 68,000 miles on it. The photos were taken to look as if it was a private sale and the posting was not listed as being a dealership or any kind of shop. The person who had posted the ad and who I spoke with Azfal M Afi told me that the car had never been in an accidnet and that it was clean. I ran the vin and it came back clean so I went to go and check it out. While testing the car I noticed a sound when turning... meaning that the power steering pump had an issue. Azfal Afi said that his guys would fix it and that if I wanted him to not sell the car I was to put down a deposit that I was comfortable with. He said that it would show that j was serious about buying. I agreed to put down a 200 dollar deposit because he said that it was 100% refundable if I was not pleased once the issue was “fixed”. It took over 48 hours for him to get back to me about the status of the issue. He only called me back after I had called him and asked why I had yet to hear from him even tho he told me he’d call at a certain time on a certain day. I met with him on a Sunday and he responded to me Tuesday evening saying “ yeah people are fixing it now”.... at 10:00 ok Tuesday he texted my phone and said “the car is fixed”. On Sunday I told him that as soon as it was fixed I would have my cousin come back and make sure everything checked out. If my cousin believed that the car was good to go he would but the car, if not Azfal Afi would give him my 200 deposit back. My cousin went to see the car and make sure things were fixed today Wednesday, and the car was in worse condition. There was power steering fluid spilled all over the motor, and it was dripping all over the car. My cousin also noticed that parts of the interior motor and mechanics were not original and that they were spray painted. Meaning that they were taking from another car. The car was most likely in an unreported accident and they tried to hide it. When my cousin got there a shop associate who gave him the keys to check it out he responded to my cousin asking him about the paint by saying that “he has no idea what the hell this guy does half the time, that “he never knows with him” . This obviously isn’t the first time he’s tried to scam someone. My cousin was civil and calm and politely pointed out that the issue wasn’t fixed. My cousin asked for the money back and Azfal Afi refused. He said that we had cost him money because he could have sold it to someone else. However, that’s untrue because he only fixed the issue Tuesday night. My cousin called me to have me verbally authorize the refund and Azfal Afi got belligerent and violent. He started to curse at and make verbal threats towards my cousin. He even put his hands on my cousin physically assaulting him. Nassau County Police were called to the scene and they made Azfal Afi give my cousin the 200 dollar deposit back. This man is a con artist and a criminal. I would not recommend this place or it’s services to anyone. I have already made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The only reason I am writing this review is in hopes that I can prevent any other consumers from being harmed by this scam!!! - Azfal was soft spoken and polite when I first met him, but people aren’t always what they seem. I hope that people take the time to read this and take their time, money, and well being somewhere they will be treated professionally instead of being assaulted and scammed.

A friend of mine recommended MM Automotive to me last month after someone hit my parked car. I took my car to them for some cosmetic repairs and I must say I don’t regret taking my car to them at all! Loved the work they did, my car looks good as before! They paid attention to every detail. And the prices were pretty decent compare to other shops. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone!

a day ago Do not buy any cars from these scam artists. They will sell you a lemon and claim the car is working. I learned my lesson the hard way but that’s life I guess. The first car I purchased died only 4 days after I got it. After they refused to replace, so I threatened to call the attorney general on them and that’s when they decided to replace it (for an additional $500)..only after 8 months and with another lemon! Oh, but the new car got me a good 3 weeks before it started smoking and died completely. This time however I managed to get a 30 day warranty, and even though my car died within 3 weeks..they claimed the car was not covered by the warranty because it got back to their shop a day after the warranty was up. Laughable! My car was stuck out of state and I had to get it towed to their shop and that couldn’t have happened overnight. Well..they said they could fix it for another $500! Since I already put so much money into the car I didn’t really have a choice. I should have stopped dealing with the scam artists then because when they said the car was fixed and wanted me to pay, they refused to tell me what they did! What kind of business does work on a car and doesn’t tell the customers what they did?! And then expects them to pay? It appeared the only work that was done was just cosmetic. Maybe by putting new hubcaps on the car I would think they did a lot of work. Well, just as I had thought, the car died within a week yet again. So I decided to take them to small claims. After three meetings with litigators, one told me there was something not right with them and their company and said there was no way that they could win. Well…the judge decided to side with them! (Again laughable) And a waste of time. The most satisfying part of this whole terrible experience is writing this review, and hopefully saving lots of others time and their money before they decide to do any business with M&M

Great Experience! Service has improved so much since the new managment took over! I always take my car to their shop for all my car related issues. The owner (Saleem) & his son (Afi) are great people and always very helpful. I have also purchased a car from them and have been driving for over 7 months now without a problem. I recommended my best friend to this shop and she ended up purchasing a minivan for her family from them. She drives her kids around in the minivan everyday and is loving it! Great shop and very reasonable prices! I would recommend this mechanic shop to everyone!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I purchased 3 cars from afi and I’m very pleased with the purchase. All are in great condition and have not given me any problems. He’s very professional and helpful in every aspect of the sale. Highly recommended. After purchasing the cars this is the only repair shop I go to and also recommend to family and friends. Not your typical shop that would find problems in the car to make extra money off of you, very honest and will only charge for what is needed.

No STARS! Don't go here you will get robbed. I bought a truck from Afi, the owners son. Big mistake. He sold me a piece of garbage. He is very soft spoken and calm but its all a scam. First the truck check engine light came on after 3 days. I took it back to him and he said he repaired it. The same night that I picked it up the light went on again. I called him and told him and he said to bring it back to him. I took to a friends mechanic and he told me that the catalytic converter was bad and worse then that the he sold me a dangerous truck because the tie rod was so bad that I could die if I hit the wrong pot hole at 50 to 60 miles an hour. I took it back to him and he assured me he would repair it. 2 WEEKS LATER! i got the truck back and had to give him 400 bucks for parts, he didn't charge labor. Two weeks later diving on the northern state. Transmission went out and the transmission was so bad that the guy said it needs major work and would cost 2500. To repair. I left the truck there and have no intention of repairing it. So in a matter of 30 days that I driven the truck it has cost me around 600 in repairs and still need a tranny. When I told him about the tranny he said he can repair it for 1200 with a 6 month guarantee. I am looking into the lemon law and will speak to an attorney soon. So stay away and save your money and time. A definitely don't buy anything from him.
