I always come here with my bf. We both love the food. It's very delicious and the waitresses are very nice. Delicious food + low prices = happy tummy 😊

I'm proudly Ecuadorian and can tell you that eating here takes me back to the motherland. The food is so tasty, decent portion, and has always tasted FRESH. I absolutely love coming to this cozy little corner to get a great taste of Ecuador. FYI it's a cash only establishment. Curse scammers that chargeback because they don't appreciate people that actually work for a living!

I will not recommend this place if you dont speak spanish. I approach the lady and asked politely if we need to wait to get seated but she didnt talk and handed me the menu. I thought ok, i guess we just have to sit. When we sat, she came and gave us the “real menu”. No water was given while waiting for the food. Hot Green tea is $2.50. When I asked for the bill, they Added 18% TIP on my bill rigth away because the lady said that is their policy. What service did i get from them? NOTHING. Not even respect as a customer. I felt like anyone who does not speak spanish is not welcome. Dont get fooled by the picture displayed outside of their glass window... the food is not worth being treated indifferently plus the service really sucks. Nothing like american, italian or even asian restaurants where people are very warm and delighted to see you.. here they dont care because they will just charge you 18% anyway. Even if they dont even serve you water.

As soon as you walk in you can smell the delicious food being cooked by order. It takes around 10 minutes to get your food on the table, but it's worth the wait! The restaurant has about 9 tables and people are lining up to get their hands on this marvelous food!

Having a late lunch with my dad. A Ecuadorian restaurant the dishes are quite big. They look like the Colombians plates of Jackson heights.Delicious food I will be back some other time.

Bad service. Rude employees that doesn't even know how to speak English. Basically, when I first walk into the restaurant, I was supposed to order chicharrones, but they confused it as chicken nuggets. Then, when they gave me the nuggets, I told them that's not what I ordered. The cashier then told me that that we could not give it back (I assume that's what they're saying). Next (get ready it's the crazy part) they brought a chef that speaks English. I mean they could've brought him out earlier, so there was no confusion. I finally got to order my meal (chicharrones). They told me to give back the nuggets, so I did. Now, this is the most outrageous part they did, as I waiting for my order, they were completely ranting about my mistake in Spanish! I know I don't speak Spanish, but I know they were talking about me because the cashier was keep on enunciating the word "Chicken nuggets" and ranting to her workers and it's completely STUPID!! I mean if you're gonna work there, at least complain somewhere else where I was out of earshot. One of them were even laughing, when the cashier was talking about my mistake and they were right in front of me! When I got my order, I just left and let my sister take care of it. I was completely PISSED!! All in all, if Spanish people are planning to make a food busines here in America, they should at least expect some customers that don't speak their language. AND IF YOU ARE ONE OF THE WORKERS READING THIS, GO BACK TO ECUADOR WHERE THEY ACTUALLY SPEAK YOUR LANGUAGE AND WHERE NO MISTAKES WOULD BE MADE!! P.S: I really wish there was no option where you can have the rating as 0/5 stars.

Best food we had on our visit. NOT A COFFEE SHOP. It's a Ecuadorean restaurant with really good steak (Charrusco).
