This is the BEST Karaoke spot I have been to in NYC! The staff here is the CHILLEST, they’re very reasonably priced and they ALWAYS Join in the fun! They feel like family and I recommend 100%

Please do not book a party event here the staff did not make sure to properly clean our room and I had to do it myself several times and had to keep asking the staff to do certain things that should be common sense like putting the ac on for a room full of people without ventilation. The bathrooms were gross and poorly attended and the bar basically broke the moment we sat down and the whole time no one bothered to just check in and make sure that before and after everything was okay.

Unbelievable! I came here today with my friends to have some fun before we all go off to college. Before entering the karaoke room, we made sure they specifically said "$13 per person; it doesn't matter how long." Initially I thought the deal was amazing and the Yelp reviews were accurate as to how affordable and great this place was. Wrong. We stayed for 3 hours, unknowingly that we were being charged by time. We came out after no buying any food or drinks and were presented a $266 bill. The person working said that she fully explained everything but clearly she didn't. We paid the bill and left upset and almost broke. We will never come here again and I would not recommend it; there are cheaper places where we could've went for the exact same experience or even better. Zero stars; we are fuming.

This is one of the best karaoke places that I’ve ever been to. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I will always come here, always and forever!!! Shout out to John, Helen, and Sam!!! Best people!!

We rented a room for my birthday. The staff were attentive leading up to the day of my reservation answering all my questions via email or phone call. When we arrived the employees were very friendly and brought us to our room which was clean and spacious. We had so much fun we spent an extra hour past our intended time. The staff were so concerned with my group having a good time, I truly appreciated their kindness! I will most definitely be back!

I was introduced to this place by a few friends, I love the vibe and energy of the atmosphere. The location is broken up into two sections, bar area and private karaoke rooms. There's also a huge beer pong table, which is lots of fun. They have a huge liquor selection, prices are fair in my opinion.. I usually order apple soju, a margarita or shots of casamigos. My favorite bartender is Helen, she's super attentive and fun to talk to. All of the employees of this establishment are hospitable and friendly. Overall a great vibe. If you get hungry, I personally recommend chicken poppers and seasoned fries!! (Ask John to make them) They are amazing!! Def great if you want something light while you drink. 5 stars :)

Came here with a group of 12, we rented a private room for a few hours. We had a great time. The workers were friendly and accommodating. The one thing I would suggest is that the rooms be closed with the AC running before a reserved party shows up because it was pretty hot in the room for the first hour. After that, the AC finally kicked in. Other than that, a great time, and BYOB option for a $40 fee.

Bar tender her is the sweetest girl. She will keep your drinks coming with the most wonderful smile 😁.she has and wonderfully voice as well. Recommended singing with her. 💗Best chill vibe with fun beer pong and flip cup games as well as some card games.
