We shopped a variety of dealerships over the past 6 months and as everyone knows this is really a sellers' market. This meant that most places didn't really seem that interested in working with you: "Here's the price, take it or leave it and then move out of the way so we can get to the next guy." However, Flow Honda (and in particular their sales associate, Jesse) were the exception. With limited inventory and waiting lists almost everywhere, Flow and Jesse were very diligent about keeping us informed of when our model was coming in stock so we could get a test drive. (In contrast, another dealership in the area promised us a test drive, we secured a babysitter, drove the 30 minutes out to them, only to be told the car was sold that morning. Nobody bothered to tell us, of course, and then they made no effort to find or even inform us about other possibilities.) Jesse found us both a used and new model to try out and then followed up with us regularly, as requested, about other possibilities. The day we made the purchase, we stopped at two other dealerships. I was entirely unimpressed with the way we were treated, including a bait-and-switch where I was promised to see a new model for a test drive and then upon arrival was told there was only a used. However, Flow delivered just as they promised. When we arrived, Jesse met us at the door, had the vehicle parked out front and handed us to key! Not a lot of room for negotiation in this market but this was true everywhere. Flow was able to reduce the price a little bit but really it was their friendliness, professionalism, and the fact that we always felt like we were treated as fellow humans rather than sales targets that won us over. We made the decision to purchase and in less than two hours we had all the paperwork signed and were ready to drive the vehicle home. Our first brand new family car, just in time for a new baby a couple of weeks after! I would not hesitate to work with Flow again. Thank you Jesse for your professionalism and striking the perfect balance of always keeping us informed and updated without ever making us feel spammed or annoyed.

I was not pleased to have to replace my wife's totaled Venza in this very hot car market. When I found a suitable candidate at Flow Honda Burlington, I was cautiously hopeful, as I had good experiences there years ago before they were bought by Flow. From reading automotive blogs, I knew many of the things to watch out for, for potential scams. I never said: "I'm watching out for stuff," so how refreshing it was to spot not one_single_ scam during the transaction process. The finance manager offered extended warranties (he has to), but when I asked: Where is "none of the above," he immediately complied. Things could have happened a bit quicker, but I am very pleased with the transaction. My wife is very pleased with her "new" car.

This was the easiest dealership I have ever worked with. I was in and out fast and Mr. Vang was efficient and also made sure that all my questions were answered. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle, and The process was stress free and pleasant. Mr. Vang was very thorough and knowledgeable about my purchase. I just purchased a 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback from this dealership and had a great experience. My salesperson was Jesse Fath, he was very friendly, relaxed, and low-pressure. In preliminary communications he was there for me to help me find a vehicle I wanted and was knowledgeable about any questions I had. He was never pushy, didn't bother me when I needed to take a few days to think about options, and kept me posted on the availability of the Civic once it was clear I wanted it. On the day of purchase he took his time walking me through all of the features of the car and I was never left waiting in the lobby at any point. Jesse has even been available by cell phone with a few questions post-purchase that I've had. He is the main reason I had a great experience with Flow Honda of Burlington. The person handling financing and warrantees, Brian, was also very friendly, laid-back, and very knowledgeable. He also did not try to push anything on me. I absolutely hate pressured sales environments, it turns me off and makes me look elsewhere. I never once got that feeling from this dealership. The prices here are also lower than all dealerships in Charlotte. I would definitely recommend checking them out.

Johnny and Randy were AMAZING! This was truly the easiest and best car buying experience I've ever had! They never pressure you to buy something, they will work with you and today I got to drive off with my dream car😍. I'd highly recommend them to ANYONE and I don't mean that lightly, they were the BEST. I had a small hiccup when it was time for me to purchase and they said no problem and worked right through it. I have been a customer of Flow Honda of Burlington since 2012. My family has also purchased two new vehicles here--a Honda Pilot in 2018 and a Honda Accord Hybrid in 2022. The service department here is absolutely top notch! They are always courteous and helpful, and the work is flawless every time. My most recent purchase experience was with Lisa Yodice. She did a great job helping us purchase a car during the chaotic times of the COVID pandemic. With all the global supply shortages, it was a very different experience buying my new Accord than any car I have ever purchased in the past. It took a total of 3 months to buy my car after I picked out what I wanted (the sole reason for the delay was global supply issues--no fault of Flow Honda of Burlington). Lisa did a fantastic job guiding us through the process and keeping us informed of new information as it came in. Thank you Lisa! I am very happy with my new Honda Accord and would highly recommend Flow Honda of Burlington for a great purchasing experience and top notch service!
