Visited 11-22 , i guess this is the new norm. Aisles cluttered with stocking merchandise you simply can't get through an aisle any more without having to dodge something. I am disappointed because this store is the most convenient. Going to rethink my shopping preferences!

Always clean and neat. Cashiers are always nice. Produce is fresh compared to other stores. They have weekly deals and good meat specials if you can catch it.

Food lion is a good store but some of their prices are really to high, but there is nothing to say that is bad the cashier's are nice and help when they can but just like to say thank you.

N Church St always seems to have everything that I need in stock.. friendly, very helpful staff.

It could be better. But the Haw River next to Green Level is where I frequently good cleaner store ,better stocked and nice staff. I live up the street from the one on church street but it's ALWAYS the last resort or if it's something QUICK to grab...not the best place to shop.

I love my Webb avenue food Lion they're awesome the ladies are always so sweet and welcoming and are there to help you when you need anything someone's always around to ask if you want to see where something is they're rearranging the store right now so that's been a common thing here lately but everybody's always been so friendly and helpful and they don't make you feel that you're burden them by asking for help. But thank you all for being a great store and always being so welcoming and nice you have great customer service and that's what keeps customers coming back!

Took 18 mins to check out. Two small orders in front of me with the cashier "0127" he would just stop and stare at what the other cahsiers were doing and stop checking us out..multiple people left his line while I was waiting. This is in the middle of the day on a monday!

Checked out this morning with Employee Kaitlyn/or Kait cashier:0206 whom asked me “would I be paying in 2 separate transactions?” I assume she thought I would be paying with food stamps and separate transactions like the African-American customer before me. Not all African-American customers pay with food stamps or have to split up transactions to pay for groceries. Don’t assume that! I should have left everything there. Are employees asking everyone that? or is it just based on a person’s skin color or appearance?
