Was slightly disappointed when I rolled up this morning to see they were missing my favorite white Mocha flavor. But when I asked for a replacement I was quickly given a suggestion of vanilla latte with hazelnut swirl. I got it iced and I'm probably never going back to white Mocha again! Everyone here is super sweet, they're animal lovers and definitely coffee lovers. I've been to a lot of Starbucks but this one is by far my favorite 💕

Stopped to get a frappucino and thought I would go inside since the drive-through was quite busy. It appeared to me that they wanted to get their drive-through customers taken care of first. The staff was hustling, but not so much for the in-house customers.

I go here when I visit my mom and aunt in Edenton, NC. I go through the drive through because I go here on my way out of town. It is always early. I go through the drive thru that always has a line but it moves really fast. Staff is nice.

my drink has had weird white specks in it every day for the past week or so now. imagine the rim of a milk jug when you unscrew the cap… the stuff in my drink is like that. it has given me a stomach ache every day, whether it’s the actual drink or my mind knowing that stuff is in there giving me the stomach ache, idk. but regardless… it’s really gross and i pay almost 7 for my coffee.

This morning (Sat - Sep 04, 2021), my wife and I stopped here for coffee on our way to Norfolk Airport. She was nearly halfway through her coffee and she took what ended up being her final sip and noticed something in her mouth. She pulled a hair out that came from her coffee cup. This rating is actually a zero for the distress they caused. We both threw away our drinks. Update (Tue - 10-26-2021): I was going through my phone and came across my review from 7.5 weeks ago. As you can see, there's been no reply. Goes to show how much they care about their customer satisfaction. Maybe that is a luxury when they think the locals have limited choices. I have been going to McDonalds or Muddy Waters Coffeehouse for my Java fixes and Highly Recommend them as they seem more focused on customer satisfaction than Starsucks. Update (Tue 05-10-2022) Going through my phone again. Still not a peep from Zero Stars, Zero Bucks from me. Not holding my breath. Not casting my shadow on their property. Your competition thanks you.

Normally I would give Starbucks a 5 star rating. Everyone is always very pleasant. My complaint on this last visit was that I ordered a hot white chocolate mocha. I don't know what I received but it tasted horrible and smelled horrible. I ended up pouring it out. Usually they taste great. Not sure what happened on this day.

Fast service and very friendly staff. First day for the 2021 Starbucks Holiday Drinks and had to stop to get one. Not the only one because this place was really busy. This was a got choice because it was so goooooood!
