I’ve been going to Heather for years!!! When they were in the old building and when they moved!! I think the world of Heather and love how she takes care of my hair and both my daughters!! I would always recommend her and Hannah!! Kristen does amazing massages that my daughter always went to when she was sore from softball!! Those Ladies ROCK!! Amazing service and amazing good home town pride!!!

I had the best experience at this salon! I called last minute & was able to get a time slot that day. My stylist went over the plan for my hair (I was rather indecisive) & we decided on an approach that I was comfortable with. I left with a color I love and products to keep it healthy and bright until my next visit. I will definitely be coming back!

I originally found Hannah Loyd on Instagram as soon as I moved to Elizabeth City and loved how she did blonde on her clients. When I reached out to her, she was so prompt and professional so I booked an appointment with her. She went above and beyond at our appt, was so sweet and patient and truly took the the time to care for my hair. At the end of our appt she handed me a goody bad which was so thoughtful. Thank you Hannah for making my hair so beautiful - can't wait to come back!

I got my nails and hair done here for prom. My hair was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I asked for and was definitely a 5 star experience, but my nails were not what I was hoping for. All the women doing hair seemed very experienced at what they were doing and they were really friendly and welcoming too! The lady who did my nails was very sweet and made conversation with me while she did my nails, but I felt like she was rushing through it. She did not shape my nails or put effort into making them look any different from how they looked when I walked in. She didn’t trim my cuticles or do anything other than paint my nails. And the paint job was not even or all the way to my nail beds. I was hoping for something a little nicer for prom. I would suggest them for getting your hair done, but there are much better places for nails.

Was really amazed at Paula's knowledge and experience with African American hair! I took a calculated risk and I'm glad I did. If you visit, be sure to ask for Paula Bright, the lady really knows her stuff and her friendly attitude makes a world of difference!!! Highly recommend!!!

Service is great, always love my cut and nails! Appointments are usually easy to schedule. Parking can be an issue, but ample spaces on the other side of the building at Waterfront Park.

Heather Ambrose has been doing my hair for about 4 years. She has never dissappointed me. Always has suggestions when I am undecided. Very friendly. She is also great with shy children. My son (almost 5) has been going to her for about 3 1/2 years and she is amazing with him. We love Heather!
