Made an appointment for eye brows wax over phone. Called at 9:30 am for eye wax for an appointment at 3:30. Show up to my appointment only for them to tell me no one turned the wax on. Very unprofessional and lazy. Two employees were doing nothing but sitting. Do not recommend this location. They are too lazy to do their job! Service: Waxing

Pathetic service. They don't know the meaning of an appointment. We took an appointment for my daughter's bang trim. Took an appointment at 4 and had to wait for 45 minutes. My daughter was so restless. On top of the wait time, her cut was so uneven that we had to go to another salon for her haircut the next day. Will never go here again.

Worst haircut ever. I showed him a photo and he proceeded to do the opposite, cutting huge chunks out of the back of my hair because he had tangled it badly while washing. He then gave me 1980's bangs, ignoring my pleas to not cut my bangs. He didn't ask me if I wanted a blow-out, but gave it to me and charged a great deal more. He and his coworker complained about another customer who had not left a sufficient tip. I regret tipping him at all. Surprisingly he is a teacher at the community college in Durham. His damage to my hair will take at least a year to grow out. :( Services: Hair coloring, Long haircut, Bang trim

Poor customer service, skipped our appointment for someone that called in after our check in time. It seemed like the stylist knew this person, we listened to the entire conversation on her cell phone while we were waiting. We were there for 30+ minutes and were told we got skipped because someone called in and we would have to wait for another stylist who wasn't even at the store yet. For an overpriced haircut they should at minimum have good customer service. Service: Haircut

My little girl who is 4 years old was getting a haircut from Tina. She was going from a very long hair to a short one for the first time in her life. She was so much excited until Tina and other tall lady with red short hair decided to work out their differences in front of my daughter, us and room full of customers. they kept arguing In loud voices throughout. Made my little girl so nervous her smile was gone right away. I was so nervous to have a furious lady, working with a sharp knife on my daughter's hair. Haircut itself was also uneven from the bottom. Worst experience. Would not return again Service: Haircut

Ronny is amazing! She is very welcoming and did such a wonderful job! She trimmed my long hair and did an excellent job with the layers. I always make sure she is the one to cut my hair everytime! I have been going to Tina for many years now and she is nothing but professional and super sweet to me and all other clients that come in. She and the salon in general are busy because they’re GREAT. We have been coming to this Supercuts for about a year I think and I have to highly recommend Ronnie for young children’s haircuts!! You will never know it from this picture but my little guy was IN A MOOD right before we walked in. He was crying and hollering that he didn’t want to get his haircut today. I thought for sure we wouldn’t make it through the appointment and we’d be leaving in shame! We walked through the door, Ronnie said hi and started talking him up, and it was like he was a totally different kid! Ronnie had him smiling and happily talking the whole time! I’ve had my hair done by both Ronnie and Tina and have been very happy with the end result. 👍👍

You guys are just Awesome. Was in confusion whether to go for a haircut in this pandemic. Finally I made a decision to go to SUPERCUTS, they are not just SUPER, they are more than Awesome. They are taking every safety precaution, right from filling a form, then taking the body temperature, then cleaning all the haircut equipment in front of us, they wear gloves then finally mask is mandatory even when you are on the chair, YES!!!. Mask is mandatory even to enter into the saloon. As soon as I enter into store, they gave me a form and asked me to fill up my basic information, and few COVID related questions. Felt very safe inside the saloon. Last but not least, as usual, apart from all these safety precautions, their hair stylists are the best at their business. They were very patient and very friendly. Overall a very very satisfying experience. Keep up the great work guys!!!
