Seth was very responsive and communicative. We didn't have to beg him to come out to give us a quote even before we accepted his proposal. He was always on-time. He and his crew were also very flexible as our original plan deviated some and Seth was adaptable and able to pivot without any complaint. On top of the service, his work was top notch and his whole crew was very respectful of our space and non-intrusive at all. They just blended into the background while they worked and where very clean. Lastly, we love the work he did. They knocked out a wall to open up the space and the tile work was well done. We will not hesitate to have Seth and his crew back to work on a myriad of projects we have lined up. One thing I really appreciated was the fact that he shared with us the detail of his work so we had a better understanding of the actual project, so we learned a lot and you can tell he loves to teach and share his knowledge. Seth first helped me over a decade ago when I had an attempted break-in and needed some deadbolts installed quickly. He went out of his way to push things around so he could come the same day and ensure things were secure for us. More recently, I had him come out to do some more work for us - and have more scheduled for the future. He is kind, professional, shows up when he says he will and does a great job. The Jewish Carpenter responded to our Master Shower inquiry within a day. After the initial assessment and proposal was approved, he met my wife at the tile store that Saturday and work ensued the following Wednesday. The work was very high quality, and he addressed other issues revealed in demolition. We love our new Master Shower, and we would recommend The Jewish Carpenter for any project you have.

Seth has done several jobs for us: outdoor deck renovation, drywall install, bathroom remodel, and electrical work. His overarching quality: pride in his work and attention to detail. He is a problem solver and makes suggestions for things we would not have thought about, thus making the project even better. He also leaves the site clean with no damage to existing property. If he is going to run late, we unfailingly get a text advising us of the new estimated time of arrival and he responds quickly to email inquires. He won't be the cheapest contractor but you will have the confidence that the time will be done right and on time.

On time and very professional. This was a very difficult ceiling fan installation but he did an excellent job and in a safe manner. Needed extensive scaffolding to get to electrical connections and HE DID IT. Especially liked the manner he trained his assistant. Thoroughly explaining what he wanted done, how to do each step and and how to do them in a safe manner.
