Seth was very responsive and communicative. We didn't have to beg him to come out to give us a quote even before we accepted his proposal. He was always on-time. He and his crew were also very flexible as our original plan deviated some and Seth was adaptable and able to pivot without any complaint. On top of the service, his work was top notch and his whole crew was very respectful of our space and non-intrusive at all. They just blended into the background while they worked and where very clean. Lastly, we love the work he did. They knocked out a wall to open up the space and the tile work was well done. We will not hesitate to have Seth and his crew back to work on a myriad of projects we have lined up. One thing I really appreciated was the fact that he shared with us the detail of his work so we had a better understanding of the actual project, so we learned a lot and you can tell he loves to teach and share his knowledge.
