I’ve been shopping at this store for years but yesterday I felt so disrespected and uncomfortable. Yesterday an associate was falling and staring at my mom like we didn’t belong or was going to steal. We didn’t even have purses or bags to put anything in. There were more customers in the store but her & another associate kept following us or coming up to us constantly. Then when it was time to check out she came up there to check us out personally then walked away. I will no longer shop at this store, I will just shop online.

I went to this location on Friday and I wanted to get my baby some more clothes because I ordered him some from off line but as soon as I walked in the store it was a customer talking to the cashier and they stopped and stared at me the customer even walked over to look me up and down like I had no business being in the store and my husband like we was weren’t allowed in the store they’re eyes followed us around both sides of the store I felt so uncomfortable I didn’t even want to purchase anything from them knowing I had a coupon from already shopping from them just online plus it’s Christmas time who wouldn’t want to get more clothes while they have a sale but after that I would never go to this location again or just stick to online because that was a very uncomfortable experience and shame on the cashier because I know you can see the whole thing on camera it’s just weird.

Always great customer service, and a great variety of clothes from NB to big kid clothing. I have such a hard time finding a decent selection of boys clothing for my 2yo son, but this is never a problem at Carter's. Their products are expensive, but they often have sales, and the quality of their products are worth the price.

I had a package accidentally shipped to their store. Called the store and spoke to a representative and she took my address and had it shipped to my home. Her name was Nicole and she was super professional and helpful! I am so glad there are stores willing to help serve their customers in an outstanding way!

Quality is great however expensive. I dont like paying more for my kids outfits than what I'd pay for an outfit for myself. Kids grow to fast to spend so much. There is always a sale because MSRP is ridiculous. Also NEW RETURN POLICY: If you don't have a receipt then you will get a store credit of the lowest value to be used SAME DAY IN STORE ONLY!
