Just switched my Tricare prescriptions to this pharmacy, will update my experience once I get them filled and pick up. update: This CVS is excellent! They always fill my prescriptions in 30 minutes. 🙌 Staff is so friendly and efficient.

The pharmacy has become severely understaffed. Tonight there is 1 person working the pharmacy - a brand new employee. The line goes down the aisle and across the store AND also doing covid vaccines. People are waiting all over the place. I am waiting on a prescription that was promised at 4:00. It is now 7:30 and it's still not ready. I have a sudden life threatening condition that my doctor says I need the medication NOW. So here I sit waiting for hours. Totally ridiculous that they have only one person working. He has to work the counter, fill prescriptions and give Covid shots. Unfortunately this seems to be the new normal. Shame on you CVS!!!

Worst pharmacy ever, somehow managed to create multiple profiles for me with a completely different birthday...I’m constantly having issues getting my prescriptions! They even tried to say we couldn’t use goodrx coupons even though I’ve used this multiple times previously! It’s down right dangerous to not have accurate information in any health setting. Do yourself a favor and choose a different CVS

Every time I go there there's a prescription that they don't carry, or have to order, or they try to get me a generic brand for my insurance is top-notch, I think they give me the generic stuff and side pocket the money... I hate CVS pharmacy, going to start using Walmart

Only 1 employee. Severely understaffed. No one would answer the phone so you have to drive over and stand in line only to find out they need to update your address and wait another hour.

I wanted to thank the two people in there tonight who filled my prescription in less than 15 minutes. I was having a bad panic attack and hadn't had time to get my quick anxiety meds filled - I told them what happened they put it to Urgent. ..so thank you. It meant a lot. I try not to show my anxiety symptoms in public and so I'm sure I appeared calm..b-but just know as soon as I got the car I took a pill...and it's been 10-15 minutes, I feel better and can think again.
