Seems every time a big package is delivered by Usps i never get it. Starting to think the driver is taking packages home. Half the time she never even come on my street. I know mail is supposed to come on that day. I have tracking numbers. Fremont is sorry when it comes to getting mail. Then my mail end up in others mail boxes .

Mail carrier is so lazy she can't even get out of her car to deliver packages she just throws them out her window into the driveway...sure glad the package delivered today 10-3-19 wasn't breakable. This is not the first time either !!!

The workers at this post office are rude. They are suppose to close at 4pm during the week and 12 on Saturday but they always close before the time they are suppose to. Why can't we get people with good customer service skills and knows how to work with the public. They can't even deliver the mail right. Each day we have a different carrier. They put my mail in other people's mailbox and when I tell them they don't do nothing about it to fix it. I even had mail that was suppose to be delivered and it never did. It got gone. The mail is always delivered way after 4pm. It use to come in the late morning. What happened. Did they stop caring.

I walked in to drop a letter off that was Important and had a deadline on it for when it should be received. Here it is 3 weeks later and the letter is no where to be found. The guy at the front desk said he would make sure it got sent off. He did NOT. :--(

Went into the office and asked for my overnight package, which the tracking # said was delivered at 3pm. They said they didn't have it. So either they were to lazy to check (most likely) or they flat out lied. This is the 2nd time this happened. The 1st time I called and they said it wasn't there, so I went down there. Low and behold they had it. This little hick town Usps is a joke!
