Bait and Switch!! I went in for cigarettes and bought 10 packs because they don't sell cartons. The cashier showed me a pack to make sure it was the one I wanted, and it was. When I looked in the bag there were 3 packs I wanted (Camel Menthol Silver) and 7 packs I didn't want. I took them back less than 10 hours later because they were closed when I recognized the mistake. THEY REFUSED TO EXCHANGE THEIR MISTAKE FOR THE CORRECT PRODUCT!! I've been a loyal customer, but WILL NEVER BE BACK. They could have easily scanned the pack, which would have shown when the purchase was made and that it was from their store. Mistakes are made all the time and I fell this was an honest one. To not admit the error and right the wrong is ridiculous and unprofessional!! I live less than a mile away and will pass this store and go to the 7-11 from now on. I encourage you all to do the same!!
