We were treated with respect & courtesy, from the first phone call to the moment we left our appointment. Chrisandra prepared our taxes. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with our questions. She discussed our options with us and explained everything clearly. We have complete confidence that our taxes were done correctly and will definitely return to have our taxes done by Chris every year!

I have never had such horrible customer service. When I made the appointment nobody said anything about only having one person in there so when I walked in they greeted us and the lady at the front desk was fine but the lady that came to do our taxes told my children that they were a problem. They said because of Covid that my kids couldn’t be there which was fine but no one in there was wearing a mask So clearly they didn’t care. The lady in there was so rude when we started, clearly I’m not a tax expert that’s why I was there and I was missing some items which is fine I would’ve gotten them for her but she was very rude about why I didn’t bring them with me when I had all of the normal documents but because I had a rental property she didn’t understand why I didn’t understand. So she started with the attitude again and I had to ask for all of my stuff back and told her I would just do it myself. It was ridiculous. I will make a corporate phone call

Chrisandra tells you how much your going to pay up front which is already very expensive, then when you come to pick up your taxes she tries to charge you almost double. Pretty good con, I don't reccomend this to anyone.

Until 2018 returns, my taxes were done correctly. This year, my deductions were calculated wrong. I called to mention the error. Was told they would 'look into it' Called me back and said 3 people agreed with original work. However the mistake was on the deduction worksheet that the others did not know the error. I work from home and my mileage deduction was incorrect. I had to go to another city and get someone else with the same corporation to review my tax form. The error was found in less than minutes and an amended return was prepared. Now I have to wait until August to see the error made at this office go away. Do not use this location if you are an independent contractor working from home. I know the person who did my return and still got rude treatment.

I've been going here, for years, but never expected this. I called, and ask to speak to them about the fee going up I was told a certain amount. When I had it they wanted to tell me it went up within a couple of months. This all coming from the lady up front, telling me on the phone. I ask her to have the person to call me back,she didn't I called again, and again. I kept asking for her to call me back she still hasn't. I tried today still same results. Very disappointed!

I called this location to set an appointment to do taxes and the people on the phone I spoke to two separate people and they were both very rude and very abrupt as if I was bothering them. And I had noticed there low review scores so after I got off the phone I looked at the reviews again and now I see how bad they are after looking at them in detail thank goodness I didn't go in there I will wait another day and go into another office that isn't so rude. And obviously it's not just me you can see by your reviews that it is your personnel that work in your office you might want to work on that. By the way I give several reviews and I have never given a negative review that's how rude your personnel was. UPDATE Ended up going to Yadkinville office here is review for them not Kernersville office. Stay away from Kernersville and go see Wilma in Yadkinville Wilma Long in your Yadkinville NC office. Very nice very professional lady and she truly cares about the customer. I drive 30 minutes to another town just to deal with her. Give Wilma Long a raise and the recognition she deserves.

Had trouble with the online form. It didn’t categorize a few out of state items correctly. The lady in charge said she has never seen the online form, knew nothing about the H&R Block's supposed guarantee, and was really rude and condescending. Said she wanted like $100 just to look at the stuff with no time table or guarantee fix, and possibly would need more money. The IRS has been more helpful and they did it for free.

Horrible customer service at this location. We use to go to the one off of Union cross & they had AMAZING customer service. The manager (Pam) at the main st location needs a better attuide if dealing with the public. I deal with the public everyday & I could NEVER treat my customers that way. We did not get our taxes done with them & will NEVER go back!!

My wife and myself had been misrepresented by an accounting/tax preparation office. We had a very bad experience and knew we needed someone of integrity to be in our corner. H & R Block came to our rescue and we've never been disappointed.
