Like all Sheetz, it is a busy place and can take a little longer to get gas because some people think it is ok to leave their car at the pumps while they go in and get food, etc. Not a complaint. Just an observation. They do often have the best gas prices and I enjoy their great frozen mochas.

It’s another Sheets nothing special from the others. But today I ordered a bucket of fries for the family to share as a snack and they barely filled the bucket over half. Also ordered ranch to go with it and the ranch taste like it’s turning for the worse. #Fillthebucket!

The last 3 times I have ordered from there I get home and have been shorted on what I ordered. Went there tonight and when my son got home they didn’t give him his hot mocha but charged me for it. Also there phone stays busy off the hook so you can’t get through to anyone. I have already called 13 times.

I'm a grubhub delivery driver so I go here a lot. This place stinks so bad, literally. Everytime I walk inside I'm hit with this heavy metallic-rotten smell. Easily the smelliest Sheetz I've been to, and I've been to a lot of Sheetz.

Every single time I come, place is filthy. Coffee station is always out of either sugar, stir sticks, lids, cream... employees all the time fussing with their nasty germ filled face rags then handling food. How utterly disgusting and unsanitary

I go here maybe couple times a month. I understand that it takes time to deep fry food and make everything. I’m not even mad at that. It’s the fact that I wait there for 10 minutes and they forget the main reason I went there, my dinner. They gave me fries and a drink and forgot my burger... like how.. they miss up my order maybe 1/10 of the time. And that’s high for a fast food place. McDonald’s has better luck with making correct orders. 7 dollar burger some how forgotten.

Placed our order in the drive thru, been waiting at the window for 25 minutes. They had to ask us what food we ordered 3 times, forgot if we paid them, then after giving us our food forgot our drinks. They come back to the window to ask if we got any of our food yet, still forgetting about the drinks. Not sure how many people piled up behind is at this rate but I feel bad for them.
