I normally don't shop at O'Reilly Auto Parts, but decided to shop here instead of where I normally shop (which is the auto store next door). I enter the store and one of the employees are moping the floor. Not sure where anyone else is. I was at the counter for around 5minutes before it crossed my mind....why am I still standing here when no one has even said.. we will be with you shortly or hi....or anything. At this point I walk out and to my normally auto parts store (which is next to O'Reilly). Now I know why I don't shop here. I decided to give 4 stars instead of one because the guy moping was doing such a great job moping that didn't even notice I was standing within 5 feet from him. On another positive note, at least the floor will be clean even if you loose a the chance to gain a potential new customer.

Not one person wearing a mask. By their response when asked why they weren't wearing mask told me they don't care about customers health. Won't shop there again.

I went in looking for a socket For the rear driver side parking light. I feel so bad because I didn’t make sure I knew his name but he definitely went over and above. He must’ve spent 20 minutes making sure the light worked and that moisture wouldn’t corrode it again.

Stopped by O'Reilly Auto Parts on 03/19/19 Trying to find a water pump for my 1961 John Deere tractor, they didn't list it on their parts computer but the only two guys working that evening went over and beyond looking through parts Catalogs desperately trying to find the water pump I needed, even though they had no luck finding one for me, I was amazed at all the efforts that they put in to trying to find one, most parts store employees would have looked on their parts computer and said no we don't have it , sorry! That was the store in Newton, N.C. these guys are definitely manager material!!
