If I could rate them a 0 star I would. First of all, I had to go greet them and they just stared at me like I didn't belong there. Secondly, I just needed to install some tires for my wheels on my truck(that I already have sitting on the bed of my truck) and he had 4-5 guys just sitting around relaxing and he said that he don't have time to put my tires on. Lastly, there was still 1hr and 30 minutes left before they close and I was the only potential customer there. Ok... I guess I'll take my business elsewhere and will never recommend them to anyone. Very poor customer service. ~Dao

The guy was 3 hours away on a another job but no one else was available. He was very nice and did a great job changing tire. I really appreciate that he went above and beyond to ensure that I wasn't stuck all night!! ~Angelia

White tire was first recommended to me by a coworker - and he actually used a different White Tire store, but this one is just a few blocks away from me. Always had great service & fair prices. The first time I came, I was quoted a price on the phone and by the time I got in that afternoon, they had sold out of the tire they quoted me. The manager remembered my call, apologized & offered me the next higher priced tire for the originally quoted price. Customer service at its finest. ~Richard

Most of all the employees are very nice. It's my neighborhood food lion also never have had a problem there! They usually have everything there supposed to. Unlike Walmart these days and everything is pretty simple to find also hopes this is helpful! ~Shante

I really love this rent a center. They have always went above and beyond for me. Yes, they do tell life stories. But ya know, that helps build customer relationships. If I was ever going to be late or wasn't going to be able to make a payment these fine people worked with me in every possible way. I wanted a brand new washer and dryer, they went out of their way to pick a set up from Mooreseville and delivered them to my house. I have been doing business with this store for a very long time and I have never had an issue with any of them. Yes, they do have some merchandise with scratches and dents. But that's them giving people chances and them not taking care of them or damaging the product before it gets returned. I'll keep doing my business with them because they always do right by me and get me whatever I want. Thank you Newton Rent A Center! 😊 ~Julia

Everyone was fantastic! I have to give a huge shout out to Travis Lucky for helping me find, decide on, and purchase my new Trailblazer. I love it! Also, sales manager Steve was great and made the dealership have that extra friendly family atmosphere. I cant remember my F&I guys name, but he had my paperwork ready to go and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! (Which is usually unheard of in dealership world).
