Best tire shop in Newton, North Carolina (NC) 2024

If I could rate them a 0 star I would. First of all, I had to go greet them and they just stared at me like I didn't belong there. Secondly, I just needed to install some tires for my wheels on my truck(that I already have sitting on the bed of my truck) and he had 4-5 guys just sitting around relaxing and he said that he don't have time to put my tires on. Lastly, there was still 1hr and 30 minutes left before they close and I was the only potential customer there. Ok... I guess I'll take my business elsewhere and will never recommend them to anyone. Very poor customer service. ~Dao

White tire was first recommended to me by a coworker - and he actually used a different White Tire store, but this one is just a few blocks away from me. Always had great service & fair prices. The first time I came, I was quoted a price on the phone and by the time I got in that afternoon, they had sold out of the tire they quoted me. The manager remembered my call, apologized & offered me the next higher priced tire for the originally quoted price. Customer service at its finest. ~Richard
