If I could rate them a 0 star I would. First of all, I had to go greet them and they just stared at me like I didn't belong there. Secondly, I just needed to install some tires for my wheels on my truck(that I already have sitting on the bed of my truck) and he had 4-5 guys just sitting around relaxing and he said that he don't have time to put my tires on. Lastly, there was still 1hr and 30 minutes left before they close and I was the only potential customer there. Ok... I guess I'll take my business elsewhere and will never recommend them to anyone. Very poor customer service.

This is an old school tire joint that does things as it should be done. These guys have been fixing and replacing tires for years. Their tire prices are on par with everywhere else, their labor cost is the cheapest around that I have found.

Had ordered a set of tires online and had them mount and balance them only $12.50 a tire excellent price. Will definitely have my business from now on.

This was my first experience coming here. I had to get a tire put on nothing major. I pulled up and I seen there was no customers so I pulled up to garage and stuck my head out to tell them what I needed done. Two out of three saw me and just turned around doing what they was doing.. Ok so I pulled up some more and see a older white haired man walk over and just stare at me and said what ya need I ain't no mind reader. Thought he was joking around but there was no smile or anything. I told him and he told me to drive up so I did then I opened my door to get out and he said oh look she does know how to open the door.. I'm like is this guy serious. He was talking to me like I'm some kind of dummy.. They guy that put my tire on was a nice guy did the job no smart mouth. Was not a good experience for my first time. Don't think i will go back and i only live 1 min away.. Other then that was great fast service. Older man needs to have better customer service..

Passed through town from Asheville heading to Charlotte and had hit a good size piece of metal by exit 33, blew out my back tire and damaged my rim. 100° day, no spare, so started rolling and carrying the tire of the nearest exit. We were expecting the worst since this would be a hiccup in our time and finances for our anniversary trip, but once we walked off the highway onto the town road, a local stopped and gave us a ride 5 miles up to Startown Tire he recommended. Glad he did because we were expecting to get ripped off being from out of town. The best used tire we have ever had AND under $30!! They also helped bend our rim back and we offered $ for a ride and a friendly hard working employee gave us a ride back thank God!
