On September 24th we made a trip to Tallahassee Florida to look at a Suburban that was posted on line. The salesman, Thomas Yoder was great. He either answered our questions or got the answers if he didn't know . There was no pressure at all. He was professional and kind. A great asset to this company. He was truly excited for us on this purchase. We will definitely use this dealership again and will recommend to any of our friends and family looking for a Chevrolet that it is worth the short drive.

Excellent place to go if you need a new Chevy! I dealt with Kye and he was awesome! I drove over 2 hours because they were the only place that had the car I wanted and I'd drive there again just to deal with this dealership when I'm ready for another one. They had everything ready to go when I got there and we were in an out in less than 30 minutes. They walked me through setting everything up on the car and were very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend them!!

Everyone was fantastic! I have to give a huge shout out to Travis Lucky for helping me find, decide on, and purchase my new Trailblazer. I love it! Also, sales manager Steve was great and made the dealership have that extra friendly family atmosphere. I cant remember my F&I guys name, but he had my paperwork ready to go and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! (Which is usually unheard of in dealership world). Very pleased with my experience at Dale Earnhardt Chevy!

Service manager Ronnie is awesome very knowledgeable and entire shop is very good at what they do, From Engine and transmission replacement to a oil change and tire rotation. I have been to a lot of dealerships and have seen and dealt with bad and just okay service but Ronnie and his techs are exceptional at what they do.They care about there jobs and customers.I have found a shop I trust. Thank you.

I waited two hours for an oil change after having an appointment for 7:30 and arrviing at 07:23. My truck has 50,000 miles and Deal Earnhardt is the only place I've had it serviced. After waiting two hours I was finally told that the oil change was complete but then was told "oh by the way, your fuel filter needs changing". Why that was not communicated to me earlier and replaced during my already 2 hr wait is beyond me. I asked how long it would take and was told another hour and a half. I told the service guy to forget it. I won't be back.

Trey Lutz is the BEST! Very professional and he cares about his customers. Keeping the customer updated on the progress of their vehicles! He goes out of his way to make sure the customers service experience is great!
