Outstanding dealership. We were there, Saturday, Monday, then bought the Blazer on Tuesday, went back Wednesday and hubby bought the Z71. They let us look, answered all our questions, hubby test drove several trucks until he decided which was his favorite. Everyone was amazing but a huge shout out to Katie and Allen.

Everyone was very friendly there. I was told it would take a couple of hours to retrofit my vehicle with the chip for the seat heater but it only took about we 9 minutes and I was out the door. Thank you for all you do and for having an awesome service department.

I traded a brand new Ford Escape because of a design flaw. Every SUV I test-drove had the same noise to varying degrees...except the Equinox. Beautiful color, quiet ride, and the salesperson (Katie) was very nice. I really like me new Equinox and I think I made a good decision when I bought it.

Phelps Chevrolet has treated me well from purchase through first service and fixing of a couple issues. My salesman, Chris Evans, and I thought a foggy headlight would buff out but it ended up being small cracks in the plastic. Phelps went above and beyond with replacing the headlight. The service department is top notch as well! I would rate them more than 5 stars if possible! I am beyond happy with my purchase and will recommend others to go see the fine folks at Phelps Chevrolet, they will treat you right!

I bought a brand new car from Phelps with the great help from Chris. They went out of their way to help me with everything and Chris kept me up to date every step of the way while waiting almost 4 months for my new Camaro. They did everything I asked and more and I happy that I didn't go anywhere else!

My vehicle information screen recommended the air filter be replaced at my next oil change. I mentioned this to the service rep when I arrived for my oil change. After the service was complete, the service rep informed me the air filter looked fine and did not need to be replaced. I really appreciate they didn't take advantage of the situation and replace the air filter, which would have cost me more money, because I believe other service centers would have gone ahead and replaced the filter anyway. Thank you for looking out for your customers.
