Best place in Liberty hands down. The most important thing to note about this business is that the owner truly cares about his customers. He actually stopped by my house the other day because we hadn’t ordered in a while and he wanted to make sure everything was ok and that we weren’t going with anyone else 😂! Now that’s dedication I can appreciate. If you haven’t tried Maria’s I highly recommend it.

It’s a hit or miss here like most Other places in town I think it is due to lack of help and maybe some management issues. Mostly I feel like I’m bothering the staff instead of an appreciated patron of the business. I ordered delivery several times and paid for ranch that I did not receive. When I brought it up to the manager after three times (the manager delivered that day and forgot) I was assured there would be a credit for my next order. The next order I asked for the credit and was told that they would not be able to honor that due to no note and no one to verify. I said I understand. I will pay but please add a note as an extra reminder to not forget. I’m paying for it. The kids want it and please bring it. They said they needed to verify that I had a credit. I then reiterated that I could pay I just want what I pay for. I have to say I felt like I was being accused of lying about $3 worth of ranch. I would never. They eventually made it right and we came to an understanding. But I still feel like the customer service is hit and miss. Food is usually good. Salad was soggy and not good the last time I got it. But pizza and subs were great.

I grew up in Liberty and now take my family. I love the gyros. The food is always freshly made. Great place to go.

I'll start off by saying the first piece of Cheese Bread was amazing but I completely lost my appetite and wonder if I'll ever eat out again from what happened next.. This broken off, sharp, grease caked, piece of metal ended up in my first bite of their "Deluxe Chicken" sub, which stabbed and cut the inside of my mouth today. I completely understand things happen but the reaction from, whom I guess was either the cook and/or manager/owner, was none the less pathetic and unprofessional!! Called him to the table, NO apology, NO "Can I make you something else?", just a "I need to investigate". After everyone else in my group finished eating, I walked outside with my son and THEN he wanted to request my inlaws to ask me to come back in to apologize (I declined). IF that was not the owner, I'd sincerely appreciate it if they reach out to me. Still deciding if Karma or a lawyer should handle this and I'm far from the kind of person to even think that. Just sad and hurtful how it was handled. Our family nor friends will eat here again after this. I wish the best for their servers, the 2 were great! Thank you both!!

Amazing restaurant, freshly cooked food. If you read the reviews, most one stars go "ate here for years, had one negative experience, wil NEVER go back again." That doesn't make sense. This is freshly cooked food, it's going to taste a little different every time. If you want the same taste, go to a big block chain. For freshly cooked food at amazing prices, come here. One time I had my cheesy bread slightly burnt on the crust, negligible enough that most chefs would've sent it out with no second thought, but the owner personally walked it out and asked if I had a few minutes for them to rebake it and apologized profusely. And the lady that found a piece of metal... yeah I don't buy it. I've been here dozens of times, nothing but A+ service. If they're busy, they'll give you an honest estimate as to how long until your food is ready. I'll take a chef telling me 1/2 hr until my food any day over someone telling me 10 minutes and then having to wait in hunger wondering where my food is. To anyone still reading, go check this establishment out! (& if you like cheesy bread, this is your place!)

I feel as if this might be a way to gain views or publicity I was at Maria's a week ago they have a very great rating the town and towns surrounding love Maria's the waiters,cooks,and even the owner I don't understand why if this was absolutely found while at the restaurant why was it not reported to authorities. Maria's is such a great place to sit and enjoy great food and great customer service.

I went to Capri's 1st to order food Last night never even delivered nothing and I kept calling and said they came and called me and they never even came so then I called Maria's as food is way better and they actually delivered after they were j ust closing still brought me food Thank you I really appreciate it Food is amazing I'm definitely becoming you like crazy

The staff was very friendly. We had a new waitress that was her first day and she did great. Food was delicious and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Update- A year ago this place was great. This evening terrible. We ordered a lasagna and a Chicken Parm Hero. The lasagna had lots of noodles but not much filling. The hero had lots of cheese, but that just hid all the burnt chicken. It looked burnt, it tasted burnt. A quality establishment would not serve this to its customers. Very disappointing for over $30.

Went there for valentines day today waited for an hour for food , i had to wait longer after my family finally got their food , i was the only one on my table with no food i waited and waited and waited to get a chicken fillet sandwich witch i did not eat because it was 2 chicken tenders on a sandwich bread so basically waited 1hr plus for this dang sandwich....i do not recommend this place to anyone the waitress was rude they and food was blend and nasty sandwich i will never go to this place again it is filthy there is soo much dust and spiderwebs on walls i am wondering how is this place even staying open it completely sucks if u go there u will waste ur money i assure u
