Got my pizzas when they said we would but the receipt was inside the pizza box, on top of the pizza. Also, both pizzas were in complete disarray! Slices all over the place. Wondering if the driver went off-roading!!

They have cancelled my Order twice and didn’t even call to let me know. I had to call after waiting for and hour and a half to find out it was cancelled. Then got called a “B” for pointing out that I shouldn’t have to call to find out they cancelled due to No drivers which seems to be a theme in our town lately. Must be gas prices and low tips. Either way a call would have been nice. And it happened twice. Not a one time over sight. Also had a tip written in twice after making a 0 in the tip or writing in cash. We always tip cash. When I spoke to the manager about it they said they would talk to the driver and get back with me. They never did. I now order food from out of town and just drive to get it. No way I try again. Third strike is it. I wish I could give 0 stars.

The dough was stale, and the quality of the wings were gross. I do not recommend this site at all. It took 2 hours to recieve my order. Poor customer service. .

Ordered 12 pizzas for carryout. They were done on time and very good. We just moved here and this was our first experience here. This store definitely dies a better job than any of the pizza places i have ordered from in pittsboro or raleigh. Good work. Keep it up!

Poor customer service and had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get my food that was ready sitting in the keep warm area.

Seems like every time I order from here they don’t have something or they can’t provide a service lol. I usually don’t do reviews….but this place is really bad. Today they didn’t have a delivery driver and they said their fryers were down 😅😂

If you order on app, better add another 30 minutes to the 30 minutes it tells you your food will be ready. Happened again tonight for the last time.

I placed an online order at 6:54 for carryout I didn't get my pizza until 8:15! I will not be back to this location! Appeared to have three people working and a few people delivering pizzas but there was a worker that had time to be on their phone while their customers were standing and waiting on their food!

Stopped here earlier due to having a work assignment in the area. I ordered a personal pan pizza and WAS I DISAPPOINTED. I wish there was a meal deal for pan that would leave more of a feeling of content especially being my 1st time eating all day. Paid for extra toppings. Pizza Hut need meal deals for people on the go. Lil Caesar's and Dominoes both support this WITHOUT having to buy an ENITRE medium or large. 2 stars is as far as I'll go due to Pizza Hut not really supporting on the go eating.
