Where do I begin,,,,,,, I have banked at this location for more than 20 years, know all of the staff, which by the way are outstanding, however, today I had the displeasure of dealing with Bank Manager Raul LLiso, which term I use loosely and apparently his Sidekick, Brent Miller, not sure what he does,as he was no help at all, as a matter of fact I interrupted Raul's game of solitare for him to put me with Miller,which intern told me that neither of them knew me and it was best for me to do what I needed to do online, YEAH, go figure. So, at their advice, here I am. After filing formal complaint with Corporate and them handling a mere replacement of my debit card, I advised them that id like to make a donation to tuition at Aunt Bees Charm School as these to jokes obviously need. AHHHHHH, I feel so much better, now onto their bosses email. Hopefully, no one has the displeasure I endured from these two SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONALS
