A great little diner! I have been here 5 or 6 times in the past 2 years. I'm always greeted and served in a timely manner. Excellent food, clean, bright and neat facility. This is my "place to go" when I'm visiting at Lqke James. Family atmosphere, affordable meals! Get there and make your tummy happy!

Let's see I had a $3.00 bacon and egg sandwich + $0.25 cheese slice according to the menu. My wife had an egg platter $4.50. I had a 12oz Pepsi can to drink, not the 20oz Pepsi like the menu says, $1.45. My wife had Ice Tea $1.45. Total $10.65, NC tax 4.75%, $0.51, local tax 2%, $0.21 now is Total with Tax is $11.37. Total Charged $14.50 (such an even number). Even with common core math that is one hell of a baked in gratuity. This review does not go to ZERO STARS.

Elliott's diner has some of the best food around. If you haven't tried it out, you certainly need to. I highly recommend the apple pie dessert.

Misty is the BEST! So friendly, polite, treats you like family. The whole atmosphere feels like home. Fast service, great food, and great prices! It's a small town diner with a big home feel♡♡
