As an actual automotive tech whos gotten a few cars that have been to yall, I think yall should be cleaning off residual oil on drain plugs and not letting residual oil drip off of the filters. Looks unprofessional. Especially if it's a dry engine with no leaks in sight, and with the prices people pay for a valvoline oil change they should get a perfect oil change. *in regards to owner response No big deal, just a heads up for yall. It just doesn't look good from another automotive workers perspective. No issues were caused by it. Our customers don't know what to look at for the most part, I just happened to notice. Wanted to give yall heads up to keep an eye on your pit techs. Started out with a valvoline job years ago. I get yalls rush to get cars out. Just slow it down and give some extra care. I'd hate to see someone's car actually be messed up cause of negligence.

First come first serve, so dont act like impatient teenagers in the school lunch line. You will be asked to move or leave your choice. Lane one is oil change mainly keep that in mind. Very Respectable Crew and decent price for the convenience.

Been loyal here for years all I ask is we cut the small stuff I can do at home like fill my tires check lights and wipers to keep labor time per vehicle low and maybe an oil change wouldn't cost me 115$

Very polite staff! They tell you exactly what they are doing and also show you what they are doing before doing it! They will not do or charge you for unnecessary work, they are very fast and you can sit in the car!

The guys here are super cool and knowledgeable. I had a fleet vehicle and took a while waiting on approval but the guys we’re patient and understanding. One of the best Valvoline locations I been to be by far! Thanks Ricky and Casey!

I had the best first time experience with this location! I wasn’t sure what all Servies they provide or what comes with what but they explained it all to me. Made me feel extra welcomed, was super helpful and informative. Overall super friendly and I will definitely be back!
