Talk about rude, impolite and my entire order was completely wrong! Moira kept staring at me and my husband - made us feel very uncomfortable. Pumpkin spice flavoring wasn't added to our latte, asked for a pumpkin scone got the loaf and the chai tea was cold. C'mon people get with the standards.

Drive thru took forever. Got to the window where Moira didn't even greet me. She was very rude and apparently unhappy to be working. Never in a million years would I expect to be treated like garbage from an establishment like this. Will never return

Terrible place to sit and wait for 30 mins at the drive thru only to get bad news that they were closed. I wasn’t the only one in line still 4 , 5 cars behind me.

Poor customer service, never updates their mobile app and claims the drinks and menu items are “out of stock “ but when you go into the location they have it all. They avoid order ahead orders.

This place deeply disappointed me yesterday. We were at the speaker in the drive through line and a gentleman inside was ready to take our order. When we were ready to order, another woman's voice came on and said "We are closed for today". How does an establishment close while taking an order. The time was 7:14 PM. Anyway, very disrespectful to waste people's time like that, after waiting in line at the drive through. Definitely won't be returning to this location. Never again. I don't want to have my time wasted by a frustrated employee.

We have received more drinks made poorly or not at all how we ordered them than we have otherwise. We've been to many Starbucks locations, and our orders are not complicated in the slightest bit. Starbucks is very consistent across all locations, yet somehow this location remains consistently awful.

Wonderful staff! I visit very often to get work done and they're never super noisy. Very helpful when needed as well.

Great coffee. They have their own parking lot. Most don’t! Tons of seating inside and out. They also are so innovative with pickup orders. They created a board system with letters on it. Most places just have them stacked in a corner. Super organized and friendly!

This location has drive through and comfy atmosphere if you like to spend some time inside. Baristas are nice, professional and welcoming. Free parking, internet, and wireless charging too. They have comfy chairs beside Starbucks signature wooden tables and chairs which are surprisingly very comfortable. Perfect place to chill out, meet friends or study if you aren't one of those who get distracted by background music/noise. I usually use noise blocking headphones and they work fine. If you use the app to buy you can have unlimited coffee/tea refills for free.
