My wife & I stopped in 2 weeks ago last Sunday to replace my old I-Phone. Mariela helped us out immediately and changed my phone to the new one in under an hour. This was the fastest turnaround time we have ever experienced at any cell carrier. Everything was promptly transferred from the old phone perfectly. Mariela knows her stuff and is a 5 star recommendation for anyone needing a new phone: great service and superb technical knowledge.

This is the only place I go to for my phone. Always treated with respect and knowledgeable staff. Guaranteed their product and gave great advice. There are other TMobile stores closer to me . I’ll drive further to this store because always good experience . Shout out to Oscar. Bought phone from him today and am very happy it’s my choice.

Poor quality in the screen proteccion. Don’t buy this stuff here. You can find other best and don’t pay 40 bucks in garbish without warranty. The custome service is going down, you must look in the official T mobile web site first before go with them because, they no will be saying to you the best promotions!! 😒 They are sales, sales, sales and no care the customers.

I realize the wait time may be long while another customer ahead is being taken care of. But I think overall, in today's world, too many of us are impatient and unreasonable. Service is a two way street. If we treat the customer service reps and wait staff that wait on us well then they might be more inclined to treat the next person well (paying it forward). If the wait was too long at the time of day you tried the store try back another time (maybe early in the morning right when the store opens). It is not the store's fault that there are "other customers" shopping also. You and I are not the only people in the world. Anyway that's my take on customer service...and with that attitude in mind I think I've gotten better service at most places than going there acting like the world revolves around me. Companies spend so much money on training sales reps on good customer service...but what society really needs is a mandatory course on "manners" or "being a decent human being/good customer". Now about this store. I did not feel pressured to buy something I did not want and I was told about options that I didn't even ask about. And yes it did take a while for the rep to help me choose what I wanted (sorry about that if you had to wait) but the rep did a great job making sure I got what I paid for. Overall the reps at this store a very good.
