Horrible women at the counter. Obese woman had the nerve to laugh when I was trying to pay and was having trouble. The problem was I was faster then she could ring me up so I told her “I did this already”. Extremely rude and obnoxious. Will NEVER 👎 go there again.

The heavy set lady behind the counter was rude and off putting. She spoke about have a black like that gave her leeway to be rude.

Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. The heavy set blonde lady behind the counter had an attitude with every single thing she said to me when I was just trying to prepay gas. She acted like I was her child nitpicking every thing that I said until I just walked out without even getting gas. I don't want to diss the facility as a whole, just the one employee.

I would not recommend this car wash. It broke down while I was inside it and during the malfunction my tire popped. I spent hours getting my car towed and my tire fixed and the manager said it was their fault (clearly) and they would pay all my expenses. They are not being prompt with reimbursement and now they won't return my calls. I am not one to write negative reviews but this is a poorly run establishment and I would stay away!
