I stop for lotto I handed my winnings tickets to the cashier, but she was so busy on her cellphone apparently arguing with a male so she ran my tickets and short it me one ticket no big deal it was $4.00 but the way she handle herself is not disturbing of an employee, there where 2 managers 1 of then seem to want to help but the other 1 was very confrontenianel and foul mouth, I guess she thought becouse I'm from Mexican decent, she thought she can talk to me if I was ignorant, and yes she got the ignorant out me I wish I would it kept my cool but enough is enough, all my family hold shell credit card gas for years, and is a shame that will would not be filling up with gas at that station even though is the closest to our residence, hopefully a district manager pays attention and how this women run you store , if anyone out there had the same experience please post this gas station is located on Joliet Rd and la grange Ave hopefully someone listens and get rid of this people that treat customers like dirt. Thank You

We usually have a good experience walking into this gas station every time we pump gas but today I understand it's New Year's Eve and you have to work but the older lady that's working had the worst attitude ever very rude to customers. You're going to lose business by having someone like that working for you.

I had the worst experience with a white cashier today. The girl with the tattoo, couldn't be more ghetto, has a dislike for hispanics. If your of spanish descent please be advised she is rude. I was standing in line and a white lady came in from the other side, I was already in line tells the lady yo cut in front of me. Politely let her know i was first and since i wouldn't move she decided to go to the other register to help the white lady first. Ive been there plenty of times and never had something like that happen to me. She should be fired. She stated the lady walked in the door first but i was in line first.

Thanksgiving evening on my home, pull in for cigarettes, young woman emptying the trash cans, friendly, professional, and a Hello, I replied with a smile, asked if she would like a slice of homemade cheese cake and I have strawbarrey reserve topping The smile on her face was priceless, AND she was 6 months pregnant, AMY I THANK YOU, you made MY Heart smile again, a stranger. Shell Management , This woman Amy, is a woman you want. PLEASE reward her , help her, DO NOT lose her, SHE is someone employers SEARCH for...She is right in front of you Shell, Thank you a stranger, named Kelli . I hope you enjoyed dessert Amy. If you want to save yourself a headache, you’ll go anywhere but here. I am a Shell rewards member and the location is convenient, but the service is a nightmare. It’s nearly impossible to maneuver your car near here when it’s busy. I’ve encountered rude and aggressive customers, yelling and fighting at the pump, as everyone is impatient waiting for gas. However, if you’re lucky enough to go when it’s not busy, the computer systems are a living nightmare for pay at the pump (system issues still a huge problem when it’s busy). The touch screens are laggy, leading to several buttons being pressed, the card readers rarely work, the pump grade buttons even stop working. Their system needs a HUGE update. It took me nearly 10 minutes to pump my gas due to the computer lagging and button issues. Save yourself a load of nightmares and go anywhere else.

This is my favorite place to stop every morning, service is excellent, the crew is nice! Gas prices are excellent. Very nice and clean, also well stocked with lots of choices.. love it!

Hard to navigate after they had to remove 6 pumps for the new roads put in, however their gas prices are always the best. Lastly, there car wash sucks, only go for gas.
