Albert was great! Our shower came out great in the end. We had an issue in which they took care of immediately. The reason I gave a four star not five as the issues that arose should not have. The first workers should have done due diligence. The second crew was awesome and knew what they were doing!! Thank you Albert for taking care of us!

On 3/14/22, I ordered glass to be cut to fit a plant stand. I was told they were running behind; therefore, it could take up to two weeks before it would be ready. Because I was very pleased with work completed previously, I was willing to wait. After about 3 weeks, I called (4/6) and was told it would be ready on Friday, (4/8). When I arrived on Friday, I was told someone was working on it. By now, I am not a happy camper and I asked to speak with the manager. Mr. Kevin Flick was not only very apologetic; he addressed the matter immediately while demonstrating excellent customer service skills (e.g. active listening, reflecting, validating, empathizing, being proactive…). AND he gave me a refund! Wow, this was further evidence of being valued as a customer. Sooo, kudos to Mr. Flick and his staff (e.g. M. Palma and T. Allison).

I make the order for the backglass for my for Mustang and I come to pick it out to the location and charge me for the parts let me know the glass it was not there really bad business I’ll come all the way from Charlotte to pick it up and they don’t have it That’s really bad service

They were pretty busy, so it took a few calls to get hold of them, but they were fast, and did great work. I had a chip in my windshield, and after they filled it, I can hardly see it. They were fast, and less than half the price of Safelite. Ron was great to work with. Definitely recommend them.

Binswanger always does a great job. I got a chip on Wednesday, I stopped by the Pineville location Thursday, they came to my job on Friday to fill it. Awesome service! Very helpful in submitting my claim to the warranty company.

Really great professionals here. Very fast service, always a perfect job. I have had several unfortunate events that were cleaned up quickly by Binswanger. Art Rouse is a great manager, and the team is second to none. These guys will get you back on the road fast.
