I would give this place a lower rating if I could. After a beautiful and tiring day at the beach we were excited to fill our bellies with some good food, esp since the reviews were quite good. Sadly, our experience did not match. First, our waiter was passive aggressive and downright rude to us. She was constantly rushing us while there still guests who had arrived there before we did. My kid was still eating her meal when she reached out to grab her plate without asking if she was done. Most of the dishes were underwhelming at best (we ordered at least 8 entrees). To be fair, one of the paneer dishes we had was actually good but the service was so bad that I can’t even remember exactly what it was. Do not recommend!

This place is fantastic. The food was so good. I have been to many Indian restaurants including in India and this one is right up there. Great portions, very nice staff, and beautiful bay views. Highly recommended.

This was an unexpected find in this part of North Carolina. It was really good food and the samosas were fantastic. The Butter Chicken was a little sweet for me, but it was really nice and the staff were so friendly. I had Butter Chicken and my friend had the Korma, The naan was good as well. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall it was a great experience.

Excellent! The food and service were both great. I drove by this place many times in the past 5 years. Finally the timing was right, we sat on the back deck in th shade. Had a cool breeze and really enjoyed our experience! We'll be back!

This is honestly the best Indian food I have had in the states. Everything we had was incredible and was on par with Indian I have had throughout Asia. They will actually add spice to dish if you ask and all of the staff were very friendly. This will definitely be a take out spot of choice from now on - I am so happy to have found such a great Indian restaurant in the outer banks! The garlic naan is incredible. We also had chicken biryani, chicken curry and lamb rogan josh - all perfect.

Excellent food and staff and what a view! We were greeted by the staff and given a nice chance to pick a seat versus being told where to sit which was great when the view is a big part of the experience. We had several questions on the menu which were quickly answered and very politely. We started off with the Bhel Puri which was light and flavorful and a great appetizer. We ordered the Vegetable Korma, Samsavera Kofta and a side of garlic naan. The food came out quickly from the kitchen and perfect the first time. The korma was very good but my preference would have been for it to be a little creamier and with fresh local veggies if possible. The real 5 stars come from the kofta and the naan. The potatoes in the kofta were off the chart and the overall dish amazing. The naan was cooked just right and so buttery with a hint of garlic - delicious. Definitely a place to stop at and we look forward to coming back soon!
