Most delicious, home cooked, meals! We had a party of 10 and we ALL loved our meals. The Prime Rib is served every Friday and it is cooked to perfection. The ladies and gentlemen, working here, are so kind and the place is kept clean. Kids menu has several options and servings are plenty for the older kids.

Service was awesome! Cindy was super attentive. Food was excellent, kids are picky eaters and plates were clean. Hush puppies and smoked tuna were so good! Dessert was a perfect ending to our meal. Quaint decor. Restrooms are super clean. We will be back every time we are in area.

Very good food. I had the fried shrimp & flounder with green beans and crinkle fries. The fried food was not greasy and done just right. The green beans were flavored with onion and were neither too crisp nor too soggy. Others in my party had fried chicken, Salisbury steak, baked beans, mashed potatoes, and corn and said their food was very good to excellent. Excellent pricing compared to nearby OBX restaurants - fed a party of 5 with leftovers and 3 take home deserts for just under $100. We will be stopping in again on our next visit.

My food was delicious!! I didn’t get any pictures but i had the corned beef hash breakfast and had little bites of my family’s french toast and pancakes and they were just as good! As someone who isn’t a fan of grits, the grits were AMAZING. Prices were great too! For 3 people it was 33 dollars! My meal 11 as well as my fathers and my mothers meal was 8 I believe. Service was friendly and fast and overall a very good experience! Unfortunately I’m just visiting but hopefully be back soon!

The food was great, very tasty and affordable. However, the one hour wait for a table when the restaurant was not full nearly made us walk out and head elsewhere. Additionally, once seated, the service was slow considering the number of servers and empty tables. The food was quick to arrive, plentiful, and flavorful. It's unfortunate that the service spoiled what would have easily been a 5 star experience.

We came here for lunch. It’s a cute little restaurant. I like the decor of the place. I ordered Fried chicken 3 pieces with hushpuppies and collard green. I like that they lightly sprinkle salt on the hushpuppies to enhance the sweetness. The fried chicken was cooked perfectly and still juicy. Blueberry pie with vanilla ice cream was perfect to end the meal. The warm blueberry filling and the cold vanilla ice cream complimented each other. The staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place.

Traveling here from Maryland. Saw the sign and wanted to try someplace different. Wow!! The service and the food was 5 stars + Best Fried Pickles, Hush Puppies, Fried Oysters, Fried chicken, collard greens and sweet tea. I'll be back to visit. And will post on my travel agency site.

This place was AMAZING! The servers and staff all looked happen to work there, the food was phenomenal, it was quick, and so clean!!! We will for sure be back! The food was so good I forgot to get the photo until I was like halfway done 🤣🤣

Love this place!! Food was good, fried pickles were a little greasy but overall cute stop on our way onto to the island! Cindy was working so hard accommodating all of the guests and she was so nice!!!

Great little restaurant. The chicken livers were fried really crispy and crunchy, and the fries okra was good too. The mashed potatoes were probably instant but we’re still good. The biscuit wasn’t the best I’ve had, though good. The service was excellent. My server was a real hard worker and was friendly.
