Went in to get a simple order, manager and a staff mbr got in a very loud argument while we were waiting on food...ordered a burger with just ketchup...got home and it wasn't made like I ordered it had everything on it. I guess cooks were paying attention to the big argument and yelling instead of making correct orders.

The workers need to pay attention to orders instead of talking about drinking and smoking while people waiting on their food can hear every word. Its fine to party or whatever outside work but work is work leave your party business outside of doing your job. Witnessed the guy making orders mess up twice(from not paying attention) and NOT changing gloves when touching something other food. Teach safety issues that means don't touch trash can or scratch your head with the same gloves.

I went through the drive thru both girls were friendly! Food was really good and hot!

Very disgusting, there was water all over the floor and a sauce packet was splattered on the floor… the tables were dirty, especially the floor! I had to get up and leave to eat in the car.. yuck 🤢

Alexis I believe her name is at this store has ALWAYS been so courteous, cordial and NICE and professional. Have been going to this particular BK for at least 15 years. She seems to always be there...no matter what the weather or COVID conditions. Cannot say enough about her professionalism. I don't know if she is the store manager, but if not...maybe someone should consider her for that position or above.

Staff doing hair in the back, on the clock. Said they were out of chicken. Management walked up, put chicken in fryer. Floor had a nice layer of greese. Pretty typical stuff of this location. They have gotten worse since remodeling.

As we sat in drive thru the order in front of us was continuously repeated back incorrectly or the woman would say “I forgot, now what did you say?” So we chose to go in. Waited 25 mins to watch the food be made without a care in the world and at a snail’s pace. Getting home and opening the food and wished I had opened it at the store. Nothing was correct and all was thrown together. Will not be going here again, it’s always Something!

Drive thru took way too long!!! In line for 30 minutes and now I have to eat in a hurry to get back to work. Good food...slow drive thru.

All the burgers tasted awful.. the buns were hard, tasted old. Definitely bad employees if the food is this bad compared to the last time I was here..
