My mail has been late all the time (months), i have had 3 bills that got cut off an had to pay the full balanced n a reconnect fed. I am get upset and want something done. Done try to address the situation but no action has been taken. NEEDS SOMETHING DONE ASAP.

Mail carrier did the other side but never returned to this side of the street on Saturday July 7th 2018. Another thing, we sometimes get our neighbor's mail and have to go and put it in his mailbox. Mail person on Saturday left mailbox open. That's how mail theft can happen. Get it together, get someone else for Saturdays. 10/05/18 CARRIER LEFT PACKAGES STICKING OUT OF MAILBOX. TOO LAZY TO BRING IT TO THE HOUSE. STUFFED TOO MUCH IN THERE. RIDICULOUS. THEY JUST HIRE ANY PERSON EVEN IF THEY DON'T CARE. MY ITEMS I ORDERED WITH HARD EARNED MONEY COULD HAVE BEEN STOLEN. IF ANYTHING GOES MISSING, I KNOW WHO TO BLAME AND WILL WANT REIMBURSEMENT FOR ANY STOLEN PACKAGES THANKS TO THIS BAD EMPLOYEE.I KNOW WHICH EMPLOYEE THIS IS. WILL BE REPORTING IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN.

They have this bad tendency to lose your mail, destroy it, or make some lame excuse about why Bob down the street has your '700' dollar package, instead of dropping it off at the address listed on the package. Personally I think they are all on drugs, no one can be that incompetent normally.

A constant problem with delivery of packages...I have requested numerous times to have over sized items placed INSIDE the porch door (so they aren't sitting outside in the weather and so someone doesn't steal them) yet they are always left outside. There is a request box at the bottom of a hold mail form, yet our request has NEVER been fulfilled. I received a package I was supposed to sign for, but the carrier left it in the mailbox (package contained cremains) claiming the signature was waived which I know to be a lie...if it was waived why did the carrier come back and have me sign for the package AFTER I called and complained? I received another item (a large print in a tube) and it was left half hanging out of the mailbox in the rain. Multiple complaints with the Post Master (local) and online complaints concerning service have been made and nothing ever changes. Good luck finding a number to call to someone higher up the "food chain", all you'll get is an automated hat dance and no chance to speak with a real live human being.

Wish I could leave zero stars. Where do I even start? sigh... I called with a simple tracking issue. By the way, guys, we all can track our packages online now. News Flash. Extremely rude on the phone. Lied. put me on hold and never picked up again. So lazy they would not even look for my package when tracking said it was there. I had to get my own post office to call them for any results and my post office was having difficulty trying to get them to get off their lazy bottoms. She said "wow, they aren't very nice over there". Avoid if at all possible, and if it is your post office, I am terribly sorry.

I use the Reidsville branch of the USPS for both business and personal shipping on a daily basis. The front staff is super friendly and helpful and I have not been able to stump them with a shipping question yet! The office is located a block off one of Reidsville's main streets and is easy to get in and out of; there is additional parking in a lot next door as well.

Ugh! TERRIBLE! The other day, I called because there was some confusion on the website when I was tracking my a order I had. I called to ask them about it, and the lady on the phone was SO RUDE! She was just getting irritated that I was even calling in the first place! Saying things in the most terrible condescending way! "Ma'am, your package is NOT HERE! Do you Understand what I am saying?" I said "I understand! My question is not about whether to package is there or not. The question is about the tracking." So, I ignored it. Today, I called back and there was another lady who got on the phone about the last package I was receiving. The tracking said "Notice Left on the eighth of June." I was here all day along with my family and the truck NEVER came down my driveway!! So, I go to the mailbox to look for my "notice," and there is nothing there. There wasn't anything left on the door either. So, while I am explaining to the lady what is going on, she interrupts me and says in a very hateful tone, "MA'AM Do you HAVE a tracking number?!" I said "Yes, but please let me finish explaining. The website is telling me that a notice was left and that you came on the 8th, but no one came." She said "Ma'am, I NEED your tracking number!" So, I gave it to her. She said, "Well, it says here that it was delivered on the 8th!" I said "ma'am, I was home all day long, along with my family... When the trucks come down our driveway, we hear them! So, I know he didn't come." She said "WELL THE PACKAGE ISN'T HERE MA'AM! I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IT IS YOU WANT ME TO DO?" I said "I guess there isn't anything that you can do... Thank you anyway." Her response? She hung up. Moronic idiot.
