Went in to get a fill in and after they started on my nails told me it was gonna be 30 for a fill in and 15 to fix two nails and when I questioned why it was so much to fix two nails they got up and walked away and just ignored me and started helping other customers I do NOT recommend going there horrible customer service. Both my son and I received a pedicure and was charged 5 extra dollars because we were men. My technician explained to me that men are more work; well my technician treated me as if she did NOT want to work on my feet and to be clear my feet are not distressed. I have recieved so many excellent pedicure but this one feel very short. I WILL NO GO BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN.

They should change the name to VIP Pedicures. You can no longer make an appointment for your nails. So don't expect to be able to get them both done. Customer service was good.

Way too overpriced, I got a basic one color medium length full set and got charged $100 not including tip. The second time I TRIED going there I asked for a simple French tip and they told me they couldn’t do that type of nail design. Like what ? Service: Acrylic nails

Had a fill in done, and 1 nail repair, also had my eyebrows waxed. Total came to 60.00 before tip. I paid before I got my eyebrows waxed. The lady doing my fill in was nice, but forgot that I asked to have eyebrows waxed after, she brings me to a backroom to get my eyebrows waxed, tells me to sit, another lady walks back and acts really irritated, she tells me to lean back in chair and proceeded to brush my brows really hard, scratching my eyelids. I was telling her it was a little rough, she says nothing, applied the wax and then puts strips on and I literally thought she ripped my eyebrows off. She was very unprofessional and had the personality of a gnat! Will NEVER go back AGAIN!! Service: Manicures

I went in with my daughter for a manicure and pedicure last week. We had an appointment and didn’t have to wait. We were asked what kind of pedicure we wanted and we picked the “middle of the road” one. About 33 dollars. I’ve done this many times before at different places. I paid 5 dollars cash for a design to be painted on my daughters one nail, a flower. And requested gel polish for the toes and fingers on both of us. (Same color) The manicure was rushed. It only consisted of filing and shaping the nails and a light application of lotion. But the pedicure was average. I was only informed of the cost of the pedicure but I had an idea of the prices of everything else as I’ve been to this salon and many others before. I was quoted 89 dollars at checkout and left a hefty cash tip. I didn’t get the receipt because of COVID it’s just safer. A week later I see that I was charged on my card 189. Wow! I called to inform them of their mistake and I was quickly informed that I was the one mistaken, apparently i was charged 70 extra dollars for gel polish. 15 for each of our feet and 20 for each of our hands! And I was up charged on the pedi and mani because it changed the service all together when you request gel. Apparently it’s a different skill required to paint gel instead of polish. My daughters peeled off the same day and mine bubbled up. Worst job ever but we were leaving for vacation the next day and I didn’t have time to go back. I will not go back to this place. I do not recommend anyone getting ripped off from this place. And I will tell everyone I know.

I love the atmosphere of the establishment. The ladies there are friendly and offer suggestions on how to do/keep your nails looking great.I get gel done and nails shaped and they always do an awesome job. The pedicures I've had are relaxing and the ladies are so friendly and do a great job And the prices are very reasonable. They always try to please their customers. I love the way I'm treated and would reccomend them to anyone.

Love this place and these ladies....they do an awesome job in my opinion, but they stay pretty busy so be sure to schedule an appointment!

VIP does a great job. It's best to have an appointment because they are very busy. They actually adhere to your appointment unlike a lot of other nail salons. Manicure and pedicure are top notch. I do wish they had more choices for shellac/gel colors.
