Made me come back in 15 minutes and when I did she didn't put my driver's license and my bank card back in the bag. She said she put them in the bag but when I got home they weren't there. Now gotta replace ATM card and driver's license.

EXCELLENT in everything; Jeff Clontz is the best pharmacist in North Carolina; definitely five stars. He is a passionate professional who works with a lot of charisma and sympathy.

I drove from Morganton to the Pharmacy and the very rude woman at the drive-thru told me to wait 20 minutes. The next time I'll use Publix I've never had to wait. This is the last time I'll use this Pharmacy. Slow is one thing but rude is unacceptable. That girl had the personality of a copperhead.

This is hands down the best CVS around the area. Twice in a row now they've had my medication! While the one in Hudson and Lenoir(3 miles from my home) was smack out!! Can you believe it?? They actually have stock?! Let's hope it will continue. Will update when I remember

I was using another drug store and while visiting my Niece in Burlington NC, I realized I had forgotten my insulin pen. So calling the other drug store I had them temporarily send my prescription to CVS in Burlington. Living on SS I just knew I had blown my budget away. Much to my surprise, I was charged only $ 8.95 , for a full refill. I had been paying almost 100.00 each month for this same insulin at the other drug store. This will now allow me to do more grocery shopping each month. I am so grateful that I did forget my insulin that day, or I may never had know it was cheaper elsewhere.

My husband and I have always received top notch care from the pharmacist Jeff and My. They have been so helpful. Becky is outstanding for help finding prescriptions and answering questions. They experience of rudeness would be temporary training pharmacists or pharmacists assistance.

This is a great store on the CVS franchise. The staff is the best. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The store is clean, and stays in stock with sale items, and if not they happily give out rain checks. There are two entrances that make for easy access. This seems to be a good spot for people to meet for buying and selling from online yardsale sites. I added that because it tells you about the safety and convience of the stores location. The only downside is the coupon kiosk. I tend to forget my card at times and the kisok is outdated, slow, or inaccurate when trying to put in your phone number.

Actually I score a zero on customer service after an incident that occurred with the Woman pharmacist at the Rutherford College NC location. Two times in the same week my medication was not correct. Both occasions I was asked to go circle around the store and get behind the cars behind me to wait for my medication because they had to correct their mistakes. The first time I went ahead and went to the end of the line unhappy but did not say anything. Let me add both trips to the pharmacy they had priced my medication incorrectly not using my insurance. The second time heading over there to pick up my medication they had price my medication wrong again. I was told that they had not used my insurance card and Wood I please go to the end of the line and they will fix the price on my medication. I asked her to please fix the price on my medication let me pay for it and I will go. I do not want to go back to the end of the line there was two cars behind me. I told her it's not my fault that they put the wrong price on medication please just fix the price and let me pay for my medication and leave. I worked a 10 hour day I did not feel like waiting in line again. I asked her if that was normal policy when they make a mistake to send the customer to the end of the line. She calls the pharmacist woman over and she tells me that I do need to go to the end of the line. I told her no thank you I will go inside the store and pick up my medication. In the store she refused to sell me my medication. She claimed that it was not time to sell it to me that I had to wait for it for a few days. So because she didn't like me she decided she was going to check the records on my medication which the prescription was late being turned in because CVS nor my doctor got it turned in on time that now she was not going to sell me my medication. I'm fortunately my insurance is through CVS pharmacy Or I wouldn't even bother going there again. Definitely will not go to that one for a long time I don't want to see that woman pharmacist again when she has the nerve to refuse a cancer patient her medication. On another note the store manager was given a note with my name and phone number and I talked to the shift manager Who was almost speechless but did say she would have a store manager call me and took my name and number down and nobody has called me or done anything at all. So I've called the store again asking for a return phone call. If you don't mind being told to get back to the end of the line waiting for her medication because they've made a mistake or being told that you're rude because you don't want to get back to the end of the line and no I'm not going to give you your medication then go ahead and shop at CVS in Rutherford College North Carolina.
