It started off good. The salesman was nice, although seemed impatient at times. We found the ring I was looking for.. wasn’t looking to buy anything expensive. He talked about how we can bring the ring back for any reason and get it repaired or replaced if it’s damaged. We though it was awesome. He didn’t mention it was a warranty that we had to pay for. $80 warranty on a 200$ ring! He should have mentioned the price. Didn’t find out until I got home and was emailed the receipt. But I was happy with the ring so I said heck with it. Then I wore the ring around and realized it was too big. It ended up being 2 sizes too big. How we didn’t catch this when I was trying on the ring. I have no idea. But the ring kept falling off. So I decided to head back in and just exchange it. I liked the ring. Just give me a smaller ring. They didn’t have one in stock. So they had to order me a smaller one online. They said I would have to pay more because there was a store discount on the ring. I said fine. It go ahead and take off the warranty. They were incredibly rude to us when I asked them to take off warranty. At This point I just asked for my money back. I originally paid in cash. They pushed really hard to give the refund as a gift card to Kay’s. No thank you. I want my money. They said they had no cash in the store. And it’s policy not to keep cash. Ludicrous. This was at 6pm. How can you not have 300$ in Easton at 6pm? I told them I wanted a refund and I was unwilling to accept a gift card. Finally they offered to mail Me a check. 7-10 business days. This entire experience was such a disappointment. And it all came down to the staff and the policies in place. The ring was nice. Definitely worth the price. But I won’t be going back. There are so many other places to go. Beware of this location everyone.

Jamal was awesome! My daughter is a senior and we were looking for a class ring, which we found can only be ordered online. After measuring daughter's finger, Jamal cleaned and polished our own rings. Will definitely return for our other jewelry wants.

I took my Mothers wedding ring into Easton Kay’s to have the diamonds put into another setting. The first time it was sent to store the rings was set in gold not white gold. They sent it back and then correctly set it in White gold. When I called to inquire on my ring they informed me they couldn’t use the side diamonds that were in my mothers ring, instead put in diamond chips. Although they didn’t charge me for the little chips, they should have called me and gave me the option to choose another design to use all the diamonds. I am disappointed in Kay’s jewelry!

Honestly go elsewhere. Do not give Kay’s any of your time, energy, or money. The customer service at this store is beyond awful. Despite the district’s manger, Ellen, and manger, Gabriella’s, promise that this is the best store in Columbus. Service was just as terrible as others What’s the point of making an appointment if that time, and time of the customer, is not honored? Not only was I not serviced 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I was told to take a seat and not a single employee checked in to see what I needed, or update me on wait time. After 30 mins of waiting I informed them I was leaving and staff did not care or try to remediate. After dealing with issue after issue for the last 4 months, I should have expected this. Instead I gave both managers the benefit of the doubt and gave Kay’s one more chance to regain my trust. Clearly that didn’t happen. We will never ever give Kay’s a penny more and will be sure to share our horrendous experience with everyone we know. Save yourself the stress and frustration and go to a locally owned jeweler that actually cares.

The customer service is very poor. You are required to wait in line (which is fine), but not a single employee greets you or asks the purpose of your visit. I waited in line for 30 minutes for them to say they could not assist me. Others in front of me waited just as long just so they could pick up merchandise. My recommendation is simple, greet your customers and ask a brief question of what they need then you can quickly show them the register or say the store cannot help. This would prevent people that have two minute transactions from standing in line waiting for full service clients to shop and purchase their merchandise. I mentioned this to the salesman that talked to me, and he said they were too busy to do that. My recommendation to shoppers is to go to Diamond Cellar around the corner. That is a top notch business. My experience with service, selection and price is nothing less than 5 stars.

Bought my wife's wedding ring and engagement ring here at Kay's. Over the past 3 years that I have gone here, I have had nothing but professionalism and courteous from the staff. They are always helpful. Cliff and CJ are 2 of the best staff members.

I cannot say enough good things about this store!! I bought my fiancee's wedding band here and he bought my wedding band/enhancer here as well. They are not only beautiful but made of great quality. Had I known their staff and selection was as good as it is, we would have bough our engagement ring here as well. We worked with Zach, who may very well be the best on staff. He was fantastic!! Never pushy, always friendly and clearly cared more about what we wanted than what he might earn from the sale. He was such a joy to work with, we came back two weeks after we bought our rings and purchased earrings as well. I will never buy jewelry from anywhere else, and will always choose to work with Zach on future purchases. We felt like he bent over backwards for us, especially when we needed sized and adjustments. I rarely leave reviews but I felt like with all the options for jewelry stores out there, it can be stressful to know where to go, and this might help others out there, shopping for rings. Definitely check this location out and talk with Zach before going anywhere else. Thank you so much, Zach we love our rings!!!

Went in a year ago and talked to Gabriel and she helped me a lot in decision making, came back recently, she helped me again and we created an amazing ring i could propose with. Worked with all the things i wanted the ring to have and not have, within my budget. Awesome experience, I'll be continuing to shop here again
