Every time I come here my trailer is over weight. They really don’t care about drivers time. The first time I waited 6 hours for them to rework my trailer. The people in the security office play around entirely too much. They need to learn how respect drivers time.

Super slow unloading. Unappreciated for the drivers.

P&G Does not care at all about the truck drivers at all. The industry that moves their products is looked down on and not treated well. I came here to pick up a load and discovered a flat tire. I called a tire service center and proceeded to wait out front past the gate. The repair was going into 4 1/2 hrs and the service truck had to run to the shop that was about half hour away. So i asked P&G if I could drop the trailer and run to the store to use the bathroom and get something to eat and they wouldn't let me do it. So now im forced to stay here hungry and not being able to use the bathroom. This just shows how P&G treats the ppl that deliver their products. Typical of a big company.

I do a lot of P&G loads, but have never been here until the other night. The two lots are dark as heck and tight, one worse than the other. I don’t risk my CDL for no one. Car parking lot at main building is lit up like a Christmas tree. Meanwhile, we can barely see the guard shack and the trailer lots are pitiful and jammed full of trailers. I didn’t have a bolt, but they made a big deal out of saying I would have to take it off if I did. Drivers and carriers don’t put those on. Work that out with your shippers. I’ll never be back to this location.

Checked in at 11:00 dropped the trailer by noon and have been sitting since. We were finally told (after constant inquiries), at 16:00 that the load was scheduled for the 30th so we now had to wait to be worked in. We have no knowledge of a missed appointment and should not be penalized for someone else's error. I am not sure what their definition of work in is. However, It is now 20:52 and we still have not been loaded. As of 20 minutes ago they told us the trailer was still empty...

4.5 hours to pull 30 double stacked pallets off my trailer and tried to make it sound like alot. They loaded it in 30 minutes for heaven's sake.. Absolutely pathetic.

I cannot believe how inefficient this place is!! I’m trying to get a load Of theirs out of my truck and this is just flat out a complete joke! Guard at shack is inept… Everything must be repeated four times… Sent me to the wrong doc driving the wrong way so I had no place to turn around and head to move some people to get it done. Only to find out that they want me to go to another doc and they’re double unloading me… Only to find out that I’m going to have to wait on the train on premises to get to the other doc, which has been going back-and-forth for the last hour. All the while my next load is waiting and they are just looking at me when the train clears and not opening the chain so I can get across. Saint anger is on the wayAnd ain’t nobody can stop that train.

Please, avoid this place by all costs unless you want to spend a day in here just waiting to get loaded. Appointment at 2, came in 1.45. They asked me drop the trailer in one of the spots inside and bobtail out. After that - just wait. I've been told that it might take 24 hours to get that trailer loaded. No one cares about your shifts, hours, breaks etc. You just wait and you can't do anything. I wish I've known that before, would never get here. Absolutely the worst!

This place is a joke. Okay I showed up early punish me. I sign in, they take my paper work, assign me a door. My appointment was at 1500 I show up 1300. Well they took my phone number and were suppose to call me when they were ready to unload. Well 1500 comes and goes and is now well into 1600. And the shift changed and new guy talking about I just got back from lunch I dont know what's going on. Me, I dont care about your lunch its past my schedule time and I'm still sitting out here waiting. Bunch of confusion un-professional people here.
