Beautiful selection of furniture to choose from in here. Sales people aren't pushy or judgy. They even stayed an extra 20 minutes to help us leave with a VERY NICE recliner that evening. I would definitely come here again for more furniture, and would recommend this store above others based on their collection & kind attitudes.

Customer service lacks once you make your purchase. I bought a recliner that’s defective and essentially they don’t care because the manufacturer doesn’t sell to them any longer due to Covid. This is my problem how? I trusted y’all when I bought it from you. Had you been honest when I was buying the chair I would have bought something else. Y’all need to stand behind what you sell regardless. That’s called good business.

When my husband and I moved to this area from Wilmington last year, I had my heart set on getting the Pollywood outdoor furniture. All of the staff at Beach Road furniture are very friendly, courteous, and very professional! When I special ordered my dining room set and rocking chairs from them, they would would call me and give me updates about the special order. I also purchased two end tables for my great room. I would highly recommend Beach Road furniture for all your indoor and outdoor cottage needs!

They have really beautiful furniture here. It's a little on the expensive side, but it seems to be great quality. You'd have to add to your collection a little each trip.

Bought furniture from here, after a year one of the pieces had some damage and needed repair. They came out at no charge and fixed it. We will only buy furniture from them moving forward.

Nice furniture but service is not great. Didn’t get a hello at all and the guy quickly stated you can’t buy anything apart from it’s collection. Having to buy a sofa, love seat and chairs together. Really? Most items on floor sold so limited inventory. Would be nice if employees were helpful in making your search easier with suggestions and guidance.

We just got 2 rooms of furniture from Beach Road Furniture! From walking in the front door to delivery and set up everyone has been wonderful. They pay attention to all details and are very helpful. The prices are very good! The furniture is very good quality! We highly recommend this store you won't find a better more friendly place to buy furniture!!

Nice enough folks on the front end of the deal, but not too good on the back end. I bought a King size Southern Lady mattress and box springs from them, not one of the el cheapo's (~$1000). After just 2 years it developed some serious impressions. Well within spec for warranty replacement. After several tries I finally got them to agree to come look at it and then to actually show up. They took pics and measured. After hearing nothing for a long time and after several phone calls they finally said, in a polite way, that I was out of luck. Gee. Thanks. Between this experience and considering their prices, I'm done with any future business with these people.
