I have been a very loyal customer of Tire Max in Summerfield since it opened. It is very convenient to my house. In the past, they had always been efficient and communicative. But the last few times I have been in, the level of customer service has diminished. I have had a problem with my AC. My car has been in their shop THREE times this summer alone for the same issue. After leaving my car there for 1.5 days last time and spending over $600, I was assured that my AC was fixed. A month later, it is out again. I called yesterday and was told if I dropped it off that evening it would be the first car in this morning. I told them I needed my car back no later than 10am and I even wrote that on the envelope for the key drop off. I was assured that would not be a problem. At 10:15am this morning, I still had not heard from them. I called Tire Max and was told that there was a leak but they couldn’t find it. My concern is why wasn’t this leak found the last 3 times that my car was in for this same problem? Why did no one call me at 10am and tell me they were sorry they were having difficulties and would it be okay if they kept the car longer? I told them I had to come pick my car up at 10:45 am. Both men that are normally at the front desk went to the back when I arrived leaving a new young lady there to hand me my keys. No one told me if they ultimately found the leak. No one offered to have me come back another time. When I arrived at my destination, I found a rag hanging out of my hood that had been left by the serviceman. A potential fire hazard? I am really upset that the quality of service has decreased so much at this location as it is very convenient to my home. But like most people, my time is valuable, and I cannot work with a company that cannot communicate with me and who charges an exorbitant fee without fixing the problem. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Tire Max Summerfield to take care of your car needs. In response to the owner's response....actually, Brian did NOT reach out to us. My husband called Tire Max and spoke with Brian to express his concerns at which time Brian offered to check the car again. Mind you, this was the fourth time my car had been there for the SAME problem. I think after that much time, I need to take it to someone who has more expertise. Unfortunately, this will be an added expense to the over $600 I have already spent at Tire Max.

Great job! Called and was told to bring car on in. I was running a few errands in our other vehicle and received call it was finished. Oil change and inspection done. The last time I had my car in big dealership shop, they lost my car. I appreciate this hometown TireMax. Thank you!

Staff are excellent, professional, and kind. They gave me a good price on new tires and alignment, and they were honest about things I did and did not need for my car. I felt good doing business here and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. It’s right by the greenway, too, so you can walk or ride while your car is worked on.

I am consistently impressed with Tire Max. Brian is great to work with and takes excellent care of my vehicles. He always makes the right call regarding what needs to be done and has turned down work he knows his team is not qualified to do. Just amazing. I have 6 vehicles; won’t take them anywhere else!

We were uncertain what our issue was. We dropped it off and asked the guys to take a look at it. They found our issue and done our inspection. Austin was very helpful and although we did not have our desired outcome it was beyond any of our control. I will definitely take our other vehicles to Tire Max. I felt like they cared about us as customers and they were very honest in our transaction.
