Consistently slow at the drive thru.. consistently slow at the pharmacy .. 4 people in line inside, 1 person working and 2 others talking (perhaps about work but it could have probably waited).. Ordered on line for pick up at the store (covid tests), waited for at the drive thru for about 10-15 minutes, and was then told I had to go inside 🙄.. Thinking it was odd as I didn't want to expose anyone if positive 🤷♂️.. 2 pluses the store is generally well stocked and self checkout is available

The employee was very patient with my 85 year old mother, helping her to understand store policy. My mother was trying to return a dress and had lost the receipt. Thank you for your kind service, you rock!

LEAD Pharmacy tech was not helpful at all never came across a very rude person and a very unprofessional man. I never came across someone who really needs to stop judging people by their appearance, race or orientation it is obvious that he needs to under go diversity training prior to working with the public.

My favorite pharmacy. Both pharmacy and front store staff go over and beyond to make my shopping experience pleasurable. They always greet me by name and truly care about my health and well being. Even in the middle of tourist season when their business triples and they are in the midst of COVID vaccines and testing, my prescriptions are always ready when they say they will be and most importantly always filled accurately. These guys are true assets to our community. Thank you CVS Surf City for all your hard work and dedication.

Aug. 07, 2021 I walked into CVS in Surf City and asked the Lady at the pharmacy if they had the Covid Vaccine. She says to me “ we do, but we just received a call from the other store that Pfizer has said that it was no good” then she turns to the Pharmacist and ask him, “ are we still giving the covid vaccine?” He replies (Chad) “ I guess!, but we can’t take walk ins” Now my questions are, Why would you even relay that info to me? Why would you still give them if Pfizer says they may not be good? What about the people that may have received the ones that weren’t good? I’m confused. I believe in having the right to choose. How is this helping my choice. CVS has lost my faith in them and lost my business. My wife called back to speak with them of why they would even say that to me. The girl on the phone almost completely denied the conversation and then put Chad on the phone and with an attitude he commenced to telling her that he has had a bad morning and that they did nothing wrong. Once he had enough, he hung the phone up on her.

I’ve been using this pharmacy on and off but the service is always awful. This time, I called to see if I could send a medication to a different CVS location because my doctor accidentally chose the wrong one. Pharmacies are always swamped so I apologized for having to call. Pharm rep was still really short with me, told me I couldn’t because it was controlled. That’s fine though, she can’t help that. Tried to kindly let her know since I’d be sending it elsewhere that she could return it to inventory. Once again, super short with me, no “thanks” or any acknowledgement that I was trying to be helpful. I ended with “thank you so much, bye.” She ended with nothing, just hung up on me. Honestly, just send your scripts to Walmart pharmacy. At least there you can pick up groceries 🤷🏻♂️

Was shopping for a walking cane 3:30 turs April 27 2021, looked over by the pharmacy and saw Chad "pharmacy manager" picking his nose for several seconds, sitting in front of the computer. Totally grossed me out to having a knot in my stomach! Of course he has and will deny it! I will never get my prescriptions there!!!
