Ordered cheesecakes 2 weeks in advance . When I got there they didn’t have the size or flavor of cheesecakes I ordered. After waiting there for 45 mins on Christmas Eve (because no one had their orders ready or available ) I ended up being give two 6 inch cheesecakes that weren’t what I ordered . (Originally ordered two 9inch cheesecakes) although it is not the end of the world, I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you are ordering for a holiday. (I was also told by a customer next to me a similar thing happened on thanksgiving as well)

They let us sample a few of the cheesecakes. Spent time with us making a decision. Totally worth it!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Requested to ship a cheesecake to Florida, they lost my order, had to leave SEVERAL message and finally got through to someone that worked in kitchen who promised to pass my message along. When I did get a call back, response was " we've been very busy", I still wanted to send it, they still charged me $25.00 to ship!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm sure it's not $25 to ship. I asked them to include a Happy Birthday, NOPE THEY "FORGOT"! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

Cheese cake was delicious, however not worth the $50.00. My wife and I purchased one while they were on display at Wines and More in the Wareham Crossing for $25.00. The credit card machine wasn't working so the woman took down my info and indicated she will process the order when she arrived back in Westport. Few days later, my credit card statement showed two purchases of a cheese cake on two different days. Called the store and explained the issue. Their response, we will credit you the money. Well two and a half months. Still waiting on a refund. We will not be purchasing any more cheese cakes from you.
