If you have Covid and need medication they will not answer the phone I called left messages and no response The web site says they deliver couldn’t contact anyone This is ridiculous I presume people with covid will be In The store to get their medication

After seeing several bad reviews I had to give my opinion as it differs drastically from some of the others. I have been using this pharmacy for over 15 years and always had excellent customer service. The manager helped me navigate the many vaccines I needed for my overseas travel. I even call them and have prescriptions ready for when I arrive back in Goodyear.

Made an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine. Arrived early and got checked in in a timely manner. Then waited almost an hour just to get an injection. Then had to wait the additional 15 minutes after. Totally unacceptable customer service. Don’t offer appointments if you’re not going to honor them.

Third time here every time they take abnormally long and one time i came back three times then on the third time they told me they sent it to an albertsons pharmacy instead.
