Staff members are always respectful toward me. The Yanceyville location has the best Mountain Dews. Sometimes the biscuits have been too hard or my order not correct. However I have had no problem with adjustments being made when brought to their attention. Parking: Parking lot is somewhat awkward in that you have to be VERY CAREFUL when navigating through it.

Absolutely the friendliest Bojangles hands down. Like people were happy to be at their jobs this morning. Accommodating for my gluten allergy to get a biscuit (sans biscuit) and bo rounds. Thanks for a smile this morning y'all! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Almost every time I come for chicken, they never have enough. Today, they were all out of dark meat, and on top of that, when I took the food home, they only gave me one biscuit for an 8-piece. Never fails.

Should have been able to give a zero rating. Was going to go thru the drive thru but the note on the speaker said I needed to go inside and that the cc/debit machine wasn't working and that they were taking cash only. Ok... inconvenient for me to go inside since I had my dogs in the car with me hence the reason for going thru the drive thru. I went inside and the place overall that I cared to see from where I was standing was filthy. I placed my (husband's) order (3 pc meal w/sides) to be told it would be 15 minutes (actually took 30 minutes) since they had no dark meat chicken cooked and one of the sides I wanted to order was out. If it had been my personal order I would have left but my hubs wanted it. There were multiple customers ahead of me waiting for their orders as well. Although I didn't actually count, there seemed to be about 10 employees there, some playing around. Completely unprofessional and unprepared for business. We had refrained from visiting this location in the past due to being out of anything everytime we went in the past but hubs wanted Bojangles so I went. I think if I had gone to the Reidsville location I would have gotten better service, the food that I wanted and home sooner and that location is 20 minutes away from my house where as the Yanceyville location is 10 minutes away. Tired of wasting my time trying to give this location repeated chances. No more chances will be given. No one can "pay me" to go back ever.

I would like to rate this place no stars. The nasty unsanitary place ever. The workers on their phones in and out of the restaurant with their gloves and come back in touching the doors and serving with the same gloves. Tables, floors, and chairs dirty. Manager walking around nonchalantly like everything is alright. Heat lamps not working. Employee preparing orders with hand instead of tongs. District manager where you at. Shut it down and the flies omg a lot of them. Definitely not worth it.
