Went to look at the awesome wedding dresses. I was greeted at the front desk by Carrie. She was very friendly, always kept a smile. The stylist Maddy was amazing; keeping me happy. Very helpful to finding a perfect dress. Also, Skyla and Cassie were great. They kept checking in and making sure everything was going well.

Worst experience ever! Live 4 hours away and stopped in to hopefully look at wedding dresses because the website says walk ins welcome. 3 girls were sitting by the counter on their phones doing nothing and one girl welcomed us . The girl said we could not try anything on without an appointment(even tho their website clearly states you can) but let us walk around and look. I made an appointment 2 weeks later and drove the 4 hours back because my sister liked a bridesmaid dress . I asked if I could give up half my bridal appointment( only 2 dresses I even remotely wanted to try on) so she could try on ONE. Dress that she liked. The girl was so rude and refusing to . Was the rudest person during my whole appointment I never once felt like anyone cared at all. Then when we finished my apointment(20 minutes early) and i again asked, she kept going around the question refusing. Finally after asking about 5 times she let us . My sister loved the dress and we bought it. They then sent us the wrong dress about a month later which they agreed was their mistake so they sent us the correct dress and asked us to send the wrong one back. After only about 2 days, called us pretty moody that they hadn’t received the wrong dress back yet( even though none of that was our fault and entirely Theirs) now we have the correct dress and it’s so cheaply made and AWFUL! it isn’t even the same fabric or quality as the dress we tried on in store. It’s a thinner fabric and shape it seems like and looks like something off of wish. Do not waste your time with this company.

I decided that I hated my dress 10 days before the wedding because I gained some weight. At the last minute I called almost every shop in town and found the one at David’s Bridal! Extra bonus it was on sale! I paid 1/3 of what I was planning on spending. They ordered it and it got here incredibly quick and fit AMAZING! The staff is very accommodating and helpful! Definitely check it out, I wish I would have came here first when shopping for a dress.

I kept an appointment with the alterations department that I considered changing due to poor reviews from David's Bridal alterations but I knew they would know my dress since I purchased it there. I knew I would need cups to fill out the bust of my dress but was told they didn't have any and I'd have to go out to buy my own. Went to an alterations place down the street paying $20 for cups. Looking back I should have just taken my dress there. I get back and alterations pinned the hem I need in the front of the dress, the bustle, and the shoulders to be brought in so the dress stayed on me. The only embellishments the dress had were sequins on the bust. No bead work to work around. Got to the register for a total of $400, over half of what I spent on my dress. I was blown away by the price that I paid but expected it'd be done correctly since they were familiar with the dress I purchased from them. Fast forward 3 weeks later to my try on appointment. The dress was still hanging off of me, as if the shoulders hadn't been altered at all. The alterations team gave me bigger cups that they actually had available and agreed to take in the shoulders more. I was then charged $25 more dollars for the cups and putting them in. Overall a cost of $445 including the cups I had to go out and buy myself. Although the team was nice to work with, this price for alterations is absolutely outrageous for the quality of work I received. Go to a local alterations business instead. A friend of mine needed similar work on her wedding gown and it came to $300 less than what I paid.

The entire experience was great as I found a beautiful dress but the alterations department was fantastic. I bought white cups because they were out. When I came back to try on my dress you could see the cups standing out and looked terrible and I was wondering if I would have to buy a different dress. They said they would try nude cups and when I went back the next day it was great. I am so happy I get to wear the dress that I love and the staff was amazing.

Five stars for my bridal try on appointment! I had a great time trying on dresses here! Maddie was my main consultant, but being that I was in the store mid-afternoon on a Monday, I pretty much had the whole place to myself and by the end of my appointment I had help from everyone in the store, including the seamstress from alterations who helped make the decision of which size to buy and what could be altered! I had no intentions of buying a dress this day but found a beautiful dress from the sale rack after Maddie pointed out I should take a look there too. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. All the women working that day were so helpful and encouraging! So far my experience with this store has been great and I can’t wait to go back for my dress and see the magic the alterations department will do! Additionally: as a plus size woman I was very apprehensive about trying on in store and having limited options to choose from in sizes that would actually fit. I was able to look through the entire selection and not a single dress I pulled was unavailable in my size which was a major win in my eyes. I wasn’t confined to one corner with dresses of a certain style (if you know what I mean). Highly recommend David’s Bridal (at least this location!) for my fellow big girls wanting to feel like the goddess they are!

Emily was amazing! She went out of her way to help me find a bridesmaid dress that not only fits me but also looks good on me. I’m taller than average (6’2) and she made finding a dress a little easier. 10/10 customer service. All staff were very welcoming.

Just had my bridesmaids dress appointment with Elizabeth, and what a phenomenal human! So much fun! Tons of giggles and super valuable information shared. We found the perfect dress for MY body which I absolutely loved how dedicated she was to ensuring all my wants/needs were met! Thank you thank you my dear! You are beyond wonderful!

The staff at this location is absolutely outstanding! Jessica, Cassie, and Tina were all such a big help in deciding on which dress was "the one." They all went out of their way to make us comfortable and make the process as seamless as possible. Anna in alterations was so sweet and listened to all our suggestions to make the dress fit exactly as imagined. Amazing team!! :)

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with happy smiling faces. I was assigned Camryn as my associate and she made the day special. She really listened to me and interacted well with my entourage. I wasn’t planning on finding my perfect dress immediately, but ended up finding the dress of my dreams! I would definitely recommend Camryn for all of your appointments!
